Tire monitor light check needed. Fast in and fast out! They did a great job. Had to get the tire light turned off from when Pep boys put new tires on and 50 miles later the light popped on.!!! I'm taking my business to Cross Tire Pros from now on. 5 stars hands down! They didn't even charge me. Go to these folks. read more

I went to Cross Tire Pros to get a four wheel alignment. I was going to wait for the work and was told it would take about an hour and 20 minutes and how much it would cost. While I was waiting a woman came in to get her oil changed. She sat down and about five minutes later the tech came over and told her that there was a mistake and her car didn't need to have the oil changed for another 3000 miles. He also said they checked the oil and it looked nice and clean and sent her on her way. No charge. They finished my alignment in under 40 minutes. They presented me with a computerized report of the before and after alignment, complete with diagrams. The experience and service was top notch and I recommend them to everyone. read more

Very helpful and friendly. Just bought new tires and they had my car ready to go in 35 minutes. Whenever my car shows "low tire pressure " I just stop by and they have me going in no time. Really a nice, friendly business read more

DO NOT go to this place!!! I had 2 tires installed and after getting home discovered two lug nuts lying in my back hatch. This had to be intentional, otherwise why were they would have been on the tires. Of course today is Sunday but the manager will hear from me Monday !! it is incredibly dangerous not to not have all your lug nuts put back on. If they they will repay. Also, it's a little shady. I wasn't informed of this issue. read more

I have been using this business for over 20 years and always been pleased. I have a flat tire today but I would rather leave my car parked all weekend than go anywhere else. Impeccable, courteous service every time. When my son urgently had to get to Memphis and discovered a flat, he went to Cross Tire and requested two new tires so he could quickly get on the road. We didn't know what was wrong with the flat one and I told him to replace two for balancing. The Pros at Cross took care of him quickly! They examined it, explained he didn't even need one tire, simply a valve stem. He made his flight in Memphis. I have trusted them completely with my cars ever since and they have NEVER let me down. read more

These folks are the tire experts in Little Rock. I've lost count on how many things they have repaired CORRECTLY on our families cars over the years. I took my 88 year old mothers car in to the shop last week since it felt ever so slightly out of balance and the owner very discretely leaned over the counter to tell me a wheel was slightly bent. Well... my mom unfortunately overheard the conversation and walked over explaining how a curb at Kroger's jumped out in front of her car. Cross Tire had the wheel repaired within a few hours. No new wheel and one very happy mom! read more

I hit a nail on the way into work at 730am. Can't even change oil. They over filled it and got oil everywhere under the hood. Won't be back.

Best customer service in town! I rushed here 10 mins before closing with an extremely low air pressure in one of my tires! They immediately took my car and inspected it and found a nail in it and processed to patch it up AFTER HOURS! Once it was done Mike walked out and insisted on the service being FREE, Jackson pulled my car right up to the door and told me he filled up all my other tires too! I am so thankful for their kindness and super super fast service! I won't go anywhere else now! read more

Mr. Cross and his team of Mike and Ben are truly the best. We went over several brands to determine what I needed for my car, driving style, and warranty requirements. Once the tires were in. Mr. Cross got a hold of me. He gave me a time to come in and my tires were installed (with Nitrogen) in less than 45 minutes. It is hard to find honest car professionals these days. Cross Tire represents what service used to be! read more

I have done business with them for 30 years. Always fair and affordable. They have a new owner and things have changed. They did an oil change on my daughters car and either put the new oil on top of the old or doubled up the new oil. Either way, her car started smoking, and that was the problem. I took my truck to them for tires and shocks and the salesman told me I need 4500$ worth of work on a 13 year old truck with 53000 miles on it. After I questioned them about it was, it was acknowledged that they were looking at things that might fail in the future. My truck only has a blue book value of 1600$. I got the tires and shocks and some kind of spacers. 1500$. It should have included an oil change. They charged me for it but did not do it. They said they would credit it back. Haven't seen it. I have always been proud to be their customer. I recommended them to all my friends. I am sorry to say that I will not do so again. It really makes a difference who owns a place of business. I am in the process of having work done. I am very happy with them and they were nice enough to offer me a ride home and will pick me up since it's going to take a few hours for the work. I explained that I know I need more work on the car but right now can only afford brakes and oil change. Ben totally understood and the repair(s) that needed priority. He explained everything clearly and found ways to save me money on the items that needed to be replaced. They took my car into the bay within a few minutes after arriving. Definitely will recommend this place! read more

Great service! Checked out of our hotel and found a flat tire. We put the tiny spare on and took the tire to the nearest tire service. We were so glad we went to Cross. After a short wait we were on our way with smiles on our faces! read more

I've brought my vehicles for service into Cross Tire for a number of years. Recently I had the ball joints replaced and one of them were defective. I brought my vehicle back to them and they replaced the ball joint and the control arm on my car with no questions. Pricing has always been fair and my confidence in Cross Tire & Auto is very high. The high level of integrity and awesome service will keep me coming back to this business every time. I highly recommend these guys. read more

owner was an idiot, went in to fix my airconditioner 1100 dollars, 5 miles later no antifreeze, burnt up engine with no apology.

The reason I am writing this review is because this is the way I found Cross Tire in the first place. I Googled "businesses to get your auto air conditioning systems checked out in Little Rock". That was the best thing I ever did in this situation. I made the mistake of buying a late model pickup that was already past it's warranty mileage from a dealership. It took several days to realise the system was working right. Of course the dealership sold the vehicle "AS IS" and was zero help when asked and told about the air conditioning issue. I really thought I was screwed, stuck with a new truck and bad air conditioning. I brought in the truck to Cross and had the system charged and we thought it was going to work. Ben and Mike at the front desk told me to bring it back if it didn't and they would check it out again. Well, long story made short, the whole system was pretty much shot and needed major repairs. It still was an expensive repair but these guys were awesome and honest to deal with. And I know they saved me hundreds of dollars extra that I would have had to pay at a dealership and deal with the typical BS at places like that. Ben, Mike, Chris ( the mechanic) and all the other guys were great. I would recommend them to anyone needing auto repairs or to have something checked out. read more

Very thorough service, always done"right". Tires, Oil Changes, General Auto Repair, they do it all!

Very recently, I brought in my car to Cross Tire and picked it up that afternoon. New tires..no problem there. BUT---- It was doing the same thing, plus an additional problem with steering. . Took it back the next day. "OHHH, you need this other thing." I said "OK. do it" Then they called back after 2 hours. "We have driven and driven this car, and what you need is about $500 more work." I said "forget it!" Took it somewhere else. I will NEVER go back !! I have No trust in them, and Im out $1000 read more
