It also seemed as though he picked up more work than he was capable of covering with minimal employees on hand. Each project we sent for powder coating seemed to take longer and longer. My buddy sent his RV bumper to get powder coated and after a month of no contact he just went and got it back. It hadn't been touched. The guy does really great work if you can get your stuff in and done. If he's slammed with business, don't bother. Best to call ahead and see if your projects can be done in a timely manner. Also best to buy your own powder to have them spray on. It costs more if you use their powder or if they order the color for you. He is pretty fair on pricing and has taken good care of us, but the waiting time and communication has been an issue. Glad to see small business busy and doing well but without the extra help you'll lose customers from trying to do everything yourself. Hope to use them for my future projects but if they're too busy, I gotta take my money on down the road.
