Our safety lady returned to work today and pulled the Samsara inward and outward facing cameras that also have parking mode enabled. And I have clear video of the theft as well. It can't be denied. And will be perusing legal action if it and my headset that was taken on the video are not securely packaged and express overnighted to my house. And in the same condition and with all games as when they stole it. I'll be calling to give that address shortly.

My boyfriend tried to ask a question, as we didn't know what the process was and she up and told him to be quiet and kicked him out of the building. I know the tow drivers and their mechanics and they're all nice folks. But, the mega Karen look alike should not be allowed to deal with the general public. Not sure what her problem is, but I think not. The recovery process is already stressful enough without dealing with someone who has an ego trip.

His place is a total dump/disaster area with garbage (empty drink containers, dozens of coolant containers, parts mixed with tools, dozens of dead cars, broken stuff) everywhere. It looks like he definitely knows how to tear things apart; but there was absolutely nothing organized or finished going on here. It appears this is the first review on yelp. We believe any reviews on this business's website are phony posts intended to attract the unaware. Do yourself a favor and bypass this one
