I'd think twice before coming here. My cousin flew into town just to get this car. The car's listing looks good for a used car, but when you actually look at it the presentation isn't there. Adrian was the salesman this kid is 24 telling me that he knows a lot more along with his sidekick Mo who's the mgr of paperwork and unprofessional. We got the car reports etc and insisted on looking at the bottom of the car and they wouldn't let us. We called them afterwards to inform them of the issues we have found and they just have been given us the run around. The quality of cars here are horrible, you defintely will be able to tell by the service. If i'had to do it again, I would have walked away with this unprofessional hustling service. BUYERS beware this place is a nightmare. What they say they promise you is a bowl of lies and they don't stand behind their product. Someone should report these guys to the BBB. read more

Well, I drove all the way from San Francisco because I saw an ad online for the car I wanted. I called first and the salesman told me everything about the car I was interested in. He made several trips out to the car to confirm the answers that I had. I called back 3 or 4 times with more questions. When I got there, they were waiting for me and everything they told me on the phone was exactly as it was. The staff was Honest and very straightforward. Without any pressure we agreed on a price and since I didn't have all the money to pay cash, They had me financed me in 5 minutes and They even delivered it to me the next day. We bought a 2006 Scion tC for our son at Central Auto Sales on November 23rd...do not shop there. The following day (about 12 hours later, actually) the check engine light came on. Contacted the salesman and he said someone would call me Monday and they would take care of it....never called. We fixed that problem ourselves since it was easy enough and it wasn't on when we bought it, all's fair. However, we took the vehicle to the Toyota dealership to get it check out for a little knocking in the rear end that week and find out the entire rear end of the car is rusted out, including all suspension and frame components. It is rusted so bad the dealer is not comfortable working on it because they think it will break apart if they start loosening bolts. We contact the dealer and they say they are willing to work something out with us, but we have to wait for the owner to get back from vacation. Oddly enough, the day after the check we wrote clears the bank, we here from the dealer...not the owner, we were supposedly waiting for. They say they will repair it and "split the bill" with us, which obviously I am not going to do since they were the ones that felt it was safe to drive in its current condition. So, the next thought was they will let us bring it back if we buy something else off their lot. We agree to try and swap it with a Volkswagen they have on their lot, even though it was a little more money we will just lick our wounds and move on. Long story short, they wanted to charge us full price for the Volkswagen, plus all the tax and fees for the Scion we were returning....ending up wanting almost $11,000 for a car with a sticker price of $8987 and a blue book of $7500. Thanks for trying to make it right!!! We were told by the dealer it is our fault for not having it looked at before we bought it, which is absolutely true and we now have to live with that mistake. I called a salesman at central auto to inquire about a white Lexus they had listed online. He helped me and then transfered me to the finance manager to answer some questions about financing! WOW!!! These guys are great at what they do. I was looking for a BMW with low miles and at a good price. After about a month of looking I finally came to Central Auto Sales. The Manager Mo was great I told him exactly what I wanted and and my price range. He showed me all the cars that fit what I had explained. After I test drove a BMW 545i I was sold. I love my car and have not experienced any problems. I actually called after about 6 months of buying the car to ask about a simple oil change and Mo still remembered who I was. after telling him how much I loved my car he told me exactly what type of oil was needed for my oil change. I park(maybe 30 seconds) to get out and start walking their way. They walked into the office and closed the blinds and didn't answer my calls or knocks on the door. Extremely disrespectful. Husband found a car he liked a lot on the website, Mentioned it to me and since he does so much for me I thought I would get him the car he liked. And I would get the 2013 Lexus that he was not happy with because it was a Hybrid! So I drove up on Saturday after speaking with Martin on the phone and through Text. Was approved for the loan, and trade in of my car. Drove from Livermore to Sacramento and was met by Martin and Mo at the perfect time when they were pulling out the car to gas it up. It was BEAUTIFUL!! 2004 Red Mercedes Benz CLK500. It needs some minor work but nothing with the engine or anything major., The experience was a bit unique there. It didn't feel like a car dealership where everyone is uptight and pushing you the whole way. I have since then decided to make it girlie looking and keep it for me!! Got my first car here. Super clean, mint condition and well cared for. Everyone was extremely nice and open to my needs opposed to what they want to see or anything like that. I went to a lot of car lots on this road and this was definitely the least pressuring which means a lot in a car decision. Everyone treats you like a friends opposed to a customer which makes you feel welcome and more comfortable about your big decision. They've got a good selection of cars and if they have what I want when I'm ready for my next I'd definitely like to continue business with them. Bought my car here and a week later it started having issues. I called them to see if they would be willing to fix it as it was so soon after buying the car and they were no help. It was a 10,000 dollar car and now its a 3000 dollar fix. Also the finance guy told me a different price than what was on the paperwork and also refused to bargain with, perhaps because I am a female. I came into central auto due to a great Yelp review and they have the truck that i wanted my hope very low due to being rejected at another use car lot talk to Marti and Mo worked on getting me finance he worked hard and got me a great rate and the payment I was comfortable with and even a great bank Wells Fargo to be exact at the end of the day I was able to drive off in my new truck. Exactly one week later my truck started to leak oil and transmission slipping call them drop it off to get it check they held the truck for a week and couldn't find the problem when I drop it off I told them that it's coming from the rear main but they couldn't find it clean up the oil leak told me that it was a turbo hose and tranny was just low on fluid got the truck back and two days later still leak and transmission slip got worst got my truck back and the average has mpg was 5.2 that means the just drive the shit out of it and gave it back now I'm gonna have to put crazy amount of money to get this truck In Good running condition would not referred anyone here read more

(if i could put no stars i would) OMG! save yourself the trouble and DO NOT visit this place! I made the mistake because I was in a desperate situation and they offer HORRIBLE service! First of all I went to look at a car and the battery was dead, then they offer to show me another car and the guy ADRIAN was sitting on his phone texting the whole entire time.. I felt like I was interrupting him or something.. then almost every car I looked at wasn't even detailed on the inside. They lied to me and said they would get back to me with what the banks had to say the next day for sure before 12-noon.. i went in Friday and today is Tuesday. I'm definitely not even going to waste my time with them again! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and they dint even offer you a waiting area.. I defiantly DO NOT and WOULD not recommend this place to anyone. Hello, I recently purchased a G35 from Central Auto inc, after i bought the car, it had an issue with the engine, the Manager Mo was GREAT he told me to bring the car back personal gave me a car to drive apologies for the issue and fixed my car ASAP. I asked around in regards to the issue they said it was nothing he would have known, I felt good to know I was not cheated like the typical used car dealerships. I told him I had to go to work but will be back the next day to purchase the car. I went to my bank to get a preapproval letter. Today I go in and he refuse to talk to me. Sends someone else to do his dirty work. He tells me he can't honor the price because he received alot of interest in the car from people out of town. Well what about being an honest person and honoring your word? This is bait and switch! I will report them to the attorney general and BBB. Everyone I worked with was genuine and honest. I felt that I got a fair price. Be prepared for a smaller operation with less pressure and no "closer".
