    Management from Central Auto Sales called to explain the oversight, a series of communication issues that unfortunately culminated in the incomplete servicing of my otherwise stellar 2003 Toyota Tacoma 2.7 Crew Cab. Mo took responsibility for the human errors, and immediately dropped a check in the mail to cover my cost for replacing the worn out, leaking radiator. That was a stand-up response to a frustrating situation, which has now been satisfactorily resolved. Loving my truck, and am super glad Central Auto was able to have it for me!

    My '92 Civic Honda was stolen last month on Mothers Day, I was very upset and only had that car for 8 days. I was afraid to go through another private party car sales, instead I came across to CENTERAL AUTO SALES! I want to give them more than 5 stars, these guys are absolutely great! They're very flexible, understanding, helpful, and they care about their customers as their number 1 priority. They work with their customers very good. On the other hand, they want to make sure their customers stay happy with their new car. It always feels good to be number one customer satisfaction from them. I bought a '05 Corolla S 5 speed stick shift, the car is in absolutely great condition. I love my car and I'm grateful for purchasing this car. But it does need to have the clutch replace though but these guys are awesome, they said they'll take care of it! They also have been very patient with me because I am Deaf myself, they work with me by communicating through handwriting on paper. CENTERAL AUTO SALES are friendly to EVERYONE! Especially the fact that they are DEAF FRIENDLY TOO!! The next time I need to buy another car, I am defenietly coming back to Centeral Auto Sales! Defenietly worth my money and these guys deserve more than 5 stars. So if any of you future customers need to buy a car, please go straight to Centeral Auto Sales, you will not regret it! Remember they will help you and work with you guaranteed!

    Thanks to Central Auto for helping me get into my dream car, a 2015 Mercedes CLS550. After being referred by a friend, and seeing numerous awards presented by KCRA for "Car Dealership - Best of 2015, 2016, and 2017", ranking number 1, I knew this was the right place to buy from. Staff was very helpful and friendly, and didn't pressure me into making a quick decision. Once I found my dream car with LOW miles I was ecstatic! Financing was super fast and efficient and I wasn't stuck waiting around all day (like I have had to do at previous dealerships). Once I purchased the car I still had to figure out how I was going to get home with both my new car and my old car that I came in. The salesman offered to drive one of the cars to my home so I didn't have to make multiple trips. I would definitely recommend these guys for buying a car.

I drove it to the dealership and they fixed it and I had it back again the same day. If you ask me that is above and beyond what a dealership has to do when selling a used vehicle. Over the years my family has purchased several vehicles from the dealership and they've always treated us with respect and this time they went above and beyond!!! The reason the deal stopped was because the vehicle developed multiple serious issues during my test drives. On the first and second test drive, the vehicle triggered: * Check engine light * Battery charging malfunction warning * Engine overheating warning * Limp mode, limiting the car to under 1,500 RPM After returning to the dealership, I personally inspected the vehicle and found the main pulley had failed/separated. What concerns me is that the vehicle was advertised across multiple sites as being "fully inspected & serviced by our state-of-the-art top-rated service department." Based on the condition the vehicle presented in during my visit, I do not feel that statement reflected my experience. If I wasn't serious about purchasing the vehicle, I would not have: * Sent a $1,000 deposit * Booked a flight from Southern California to Sacramento * Planned to drive the vehicle 7-8 hours home At no point was I unwilling to buy the vehicle due to paperwork. The transaction never progressed that far because the focus became the vehicle's mechanical condition and drivability concerns. My review was based entirely on my actual experience at the dealership. I also have photos and videos documenting the warning messages and condition of the vehicle during the test drives. I wish you and your team the best moving forward.

Even though the pumps were supposed to be covered under the warranty, I still had to come out the pocket almost $900. While the mechanic had my engine taken apart, he inspected it and told me that the engine is so badly corroded (see pic)....that he didn't think I would get any longer than 6 months out of the car and I shouldn't drive long distances with it. I haven't even gotten 2 full years out this car yet and still owe $10k!?!? Long story short.....BEWARE of the vehicle you buy from here. Most of the cars are older, have high miles and are cars that certified dealers would not sell themselves. Do your research...ask for the Car Fax, have car checked with a mechanic and/or compare Kelly Blue book, before buying. It's worth the extra few thousand dollars to buy from a certified dealership, because you could be spending that extra thousands of dollars in repairs anyways, on a car from here. Don't end up in my situation!!!

Right off the bat, the salesman asked if my wife and I were married, then immediately started hitting on her. Not exactly a great first impression. The finance department was also slow to process the trade-in payoff, which caused me to have to make another payment almost three weeks later. When I asked about it, they blamed "old processes," but the payoff instructions were clearly laid out in the documents they received from my lender. On top of that, they sent the registration without the plates, and it took another week before those finally showed up. Overall, the car itself is fine, but the buying process was scattered and unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend this dealership unless they happen to have the exact vehicle you're looking for.
