I purchased a used car that they said they inspected thoroughly and checked all safety mechanics, but took the car to a shop when purchased and seen it had safety issues took the car back. They said no it doesn't and handed me a paper saying they checked the brake pads when the shop I took it to diagnosed a caliber and rotor issue that is a safety problem. And they refuse to fix it. This car had multiple problems and they still sold it. I'm shocked coming from I'm a prestige car lot like BMW! I'm really sad because I do not have the money to do any repairs i am lower class and live Check to check.. i don't know what to do.I'm stuck with a car with issues and I just gave up all my money for it!!!!

Bad experience with Niello BMW service center. It started really well I was very happy and satisfied with their service but didn't end very well. I was working with Matt. He made promises that he never delivered end of your repair we will give you this we will give you that when repair finished he didn't mention anything and said here is your car keys. My 2024 BMW i4 was at the shop for repair for more than 2 months parts coming from Germany. After keeping the car for two months. I still have error message displaying on my BMW app. I reached out to my service advisor Matt. He is keep saying I will call you today, tomorrow next week. It's been almost 3 weeks still haven't heard anything. This isn't how you treat your customers.

After securing a pre-approval on a used car auto loan and reserving a vehicle that I planned on purchasing, I needed to figure out what to do with my current car. After receiving a mediocre appraisal from the local CarMax, my wife wisely suggested that I get a second opinion. I did a Reddit deep dive and folks were praising the appraisal offers that they received through the CarGurus website (ironically the same website that I used to find my next car). I immediately plugged my vehicle's VIN and specs into the website and received an estimated offer for $17, 920 from Niello BMW (ironically my next car would happen to be a BMW). Less than 24 hours later I received a call from Niello BMW Internet Sales Advisor, Lance Pascual. I explained to Lance that I would be bringing the car in so that he could inspect it and confirm the estimated offer that I had received online. I scheduled an appointment with Lance and cleaned the vehicle before bringing it in for the official appraisal. Upon my arrival, I was warmly greeted by Lance who was very friendly and engaging as he inspected my vehicle. After confirming the online appraisal amount, I sat in the dealerships comfortable waiting area and enjoyed a couple cups of tea as Lance completed the paperwork that would finalize the sale. After signing all of the required paperwork, Lance informed me that I would receive a check in the mail from Niello BMW. I'm grateful that my wise and beautiful wife encouraged me to get a second appraisal; furthermore, I'm grateful to have received transparent and superb customer service from Lance...thank you!

Fatima is absolutely the BEST!!! She went above and beyond to find us the car and financing we wanted!!! She even drove to the Bay Area to pick up our car!!! Simply GREAT customer service!!!

So update.... I received this in the mail which states my credit was not approved. This was 10 days after they had already approved my credit and had a $15,000 deposit in their hands. Not sure why they ran it a second time after I had already bought a car from another dealership. But thought Everyone should be aware of the concern.

My wife and I bought a Mine from Niello.com. The purchase process was efficient and painless, David Webb was easy and efficient to work with. We live near Santa Cruz, a 3 1/2 hour drive from Niello. The car was driven to our house in the rain, arrived coated with road grime and less than half a tank of gas. Shortly after, we found that it makes a shrieking sound from the windshield at freeway speeds. When we brought that to the attention of Niello, their response: do the 7 hour round trip to Sacramento to have it serviced there. When we explained the inconvenience to Niello, they agreed to have it serviced near us at Mini of Stevens Creek. Now 9 days later and after many many calls and emails, they want us to take to Safelite Auto Glass to have the windshield replaced there. Never mind that we have a loner car now, and switching locations will be a total pain and require 2 people and 2 cars to drop off and pick the mini. If you want a car that's easy to buy and difficult to get serviced, buy at Niello. If you want to have your calls and emails ignored, buy at Niello. If you want a gigantic runaround when attempting to service your vehicle, buy at Niello. Niello: "Where service stops when you leave our lot." I'm with Karen H." Niello appears to not care at all. Oh well, I won't be buying there again.

Quick and honest service!…read more I sent a message on Yelp requesting a quote for an oil change. They responded very quickly, priced fairly, and even provided time slots they had open, so I headed to the shop that same Saturday. When I arrived, they quickly directed me to pull in to start the service. It seems like I had just sat down when they called me back out to show me the the underside of the van. They wanted to know where I'd done the prior oil changes since whoever did them had stripped the tread on the pan from tightening the bolt too tight. I could clearly see that what they were saying was true and the pan had no tread and had been leaking oil this whole time. There really would be no way to do the oil change without also changing the pan. I asked how much that replacement would cost, and told them to go ahead complete the repair along with the oil change. This is my mom's mini van that I was going to drive back down to LA, so definitely wanted to ensure I was safe. I was told it would take 2-3 hours, but was quickly out in about 1.5. They even provided a discount when I paid since the repair was unexpected and fast, which I really appreciate. They pointed out some other concerns, but did not force any repairs on me, which I am grateful for. Will definitely be coming back for any future oil changes and repairs.

I brought in my Honda civic for a water pump replacement and ended up getting a new OEM one at such a fair price. The turn around time for both repairs were within the same day. I used Yelp to put a blanket request for the Sacramento area, and Stress Free Auto reached out right away! I was able to take my car in first thing the next morning and was greeted in such a friendly and warm way. Knowing they had a few jobs ahead of me, they called a niiiice Lyft and made sure I got home free of charge! From there the communication was excellent. There were continual texts that provided information about their progress not only with searching for the main problem, but also a general overall inspection of my vehicle. Once complete they sent me an estimate, I called to coordinate which things I wanted repaired/addressed, and they sent over a finalized quote that I signed immediately. It was quick, informative, and quite literally stress free The main problem was a cracked exhaust manifold. Seems like an extensive repair, right? Well, they let me know later that afternoon that they were done! Amazing same day service! Absolutely incredible. It's been a month since the repair and I haven't had any issues. So, in my book, that's a job well done! The only small gripe I have is the cost. Again, it was same day service, so it's understandable that I might have paid more than I would have at another local shop, but they did offer a discount on the initial inspection cost. Some other shops roll the inspection cost into the cost of repairs, but unfortunately Stress Free doesn't do that. Plus, a couple of suggested repairs were somewhat of a laughable cost. If memory serves, they quoted me around $60 to replace wipers. I'm not sure if it was a quote for all 3, or just one, but I spent $15 on a wiper on the way home and installed it myself. Whatever, they are trying to make money! Despite my small price gripe, I will be using Stress Free in the future for any vehicle concerns I have!

If you need an honest, knowledgeable, and fairly priced auto repair shop near Gold River or Rancho Cordova, I'd definitely recommend them. They've worked on my 2017 Ford Transit Connect, 2014 Mercedes GL63, and 2014 BMW X5. They replaced a driver-side CV axle, did oil changes, replaced brake pads and rotors, diagnosed and fixed an A/C and heater blower issue, repaired a trunk/liftgate problem, and also replaced a valve cover and gasket and battery. What stood out to me most was how knowledgeable, honest, and fair Samson and his team were throughout the process. The staff are friendly, the front desk is welcoming, and the customer service has been great. It's hard to find a shop that does quality work at reasonable prices, but 916 Auto Repair has done that for me. Definitely recommended.

Ray, beyond being just a nice guy, was great with communication and was knowledgeable about the work. Ray was done in about a half hour. He took the time to show me the faulty part he replaced and to reset the code. Earlier today I was in a pinch and was getting frustrated with the one week, two weeks plus wait that repair shops were giving me. I thought a mobile mechanic option might be a better solution. But I was worried that it would cost too much. Not only was I able to get the repair done today but it didn't cost me any more than it would have at a shop. Quality work done in quick time and for a fair price. I definitely recommend these guys and not just for emergency repairs. They are a great option no matter your needs.

I'm not from this area, so when it came time to do my routine maintenance on my vehicle, I reached…read moreout to AAA first. I've been with them since I first started driving (back in TX) and never changed my membership/insurance since. BIG reason to trust them, right? - WRONG. Let's start off with the fact that I called and spoke with a technician over the phone to coordinate an appointment on my off day. I let him know what I need done (gave my Year/Make/Model, mileage and service code) and booked it for 10am the following morning. I had a code b0 which I identified and confirmed with him that it was an oil change, fluid check and brake inspection/fluid flush. I was told it should take several hours and can choose between morning or afternoon (10am done by roughly noon or Noon done by roughly 4/before close). I opted for the AM appointment so I would still have time do do what I need to do. Appointment day comes and I go to drop my vehicle off. I was given an ETA by the service advisor Phillip Tran of 1pm (when they got back from lunch) since I added SMOG to the b0 service. I was then offered a Lyft to get home until my vehicle would be done (YAY!). So far, so good. As time goes on, I have not heard anything from AAA. At 130pm, I call to check in on my vehicle's status. I was told by Phillip that it is not done yet but he will call me right back with an update. I finally get a call back at 2:19pm and he said there was some sort of delay with other cars being serviced that my new pickup time ETA will be about 4pm. I then get a call around 4:18pm for him to tell me that it took them all day, or so it seems, to identify that my dip stick was broken and they were unable to do the oil change. The icing on the cake was that they said they located and ordered an OEM dipstick from MB El Dorado Hills with a price of $96!! No one communicated to me at all or gave me the option on whether I wanted that or not - realistically, an aftermarket dipstick runs about $10-$15 online. Then Phillip proceeds to tell me they are finishing up my SMOG. Wait, what!? How does that make sense to complete a SMOG if the check engine light is still on because the service was not completed? Who trained these guys? Are they just trying to milk out as much billable hours to customers they think do not know any better? The technician who could not identify the dipstick issue in a timely fashion is listed as Elliott Maxsom. The SMOG inspector that decided to move forward with the SMOG was signed by David Cain. I asked if there was anything that could be done to remediate the situation. Phillip apologized and said that he "zero'd out" the inspection, as if that was a favor to me. OF COURSE that should not be billed - I KNEW it would fail if I did not get the full servicing completed. Who in the car industry does not know that!? The only "discount" I received was a measly $14.50 for being a AAA member. I asked if a supervisor would be able to contact me about my experience and was given a business card of the manager Jeremmy Sanchez. I was told that if I do not hear back by Monday from Jeremmy, to reach out again. Once again, I will lead the communication. We shall see if anything is rectified by Monday. Maybe this is a one-off experience (previous reviews appear that this happens often enough). It does not change my view on my insurance with AAA or my membership for Roadside. This is just beyond disappointing to know that I cannot trust or rely on their repair center.
