He and his crew were even willing to work with my schedule and did the roof repair on Sunday. I feel so lucky to have given Bill & David a call to check out my roof issue. Oscar had missed the maintenance part of the job, so David had him come back the next day to finish it properly and they also sent pictures once everything was done. The disruption, the mess and ultimately the cost can be a headache. We have used Lopez Roofing for our commercial building and just recently our home. We have always found their services to be quick and professional. They had a crew of 10 workman completely replace our roof, added 40 ft of gutters and repaired/painted damaged fascia in less than 12 hours. While one portion of the crew was removing and replacing shingles another was constantly cleaning and sweeping debris. The place was pristine when they left. Although they gave me an initial estimate to complete the job, they were very open to negotiating a cost that was a win win for everybody. Originally I proposed that they give me an estimate for the house only and not the separate garage since I was paying out of pocket and on a budget. They offered to lay a layer of shingles on the separate garage building at no extra cost to match the house. They only thing they required is that I use a slightly different color shingle than what I originally wanted. The color was not a big issue, so I readily agreed. They had no obligation to do that, but they did.As it turns out that house and garage building turned out beautiful. And it was all at a very reasonable cost. Highly recommend!

He was the nicest guy - friendly, knowledgeable, super attentive and punctual. He was helpful without being pushy. He responded to all my texts and calls within the hour. He guided us step by step while dealing with insurance and in getting approval from the HOA. The Top Dog team replaced my whole roof in one day. The team was fast, efficient, and respectful to us and our property. They did a thorough cleanup after the job. It's been 4 months and the roof holds up great and beautiful.
