They have personally helped 5 of my family and friends get their roofs approved after being previously denied by other companies. Another thing that I LOVE about this company is that it's Christian based and family owned! You can feel the love and their caring hearts on your doorstep. They treat you like family and truly go above and beyond if there's any concerns. I highly recommend this company after everything we've experienced.

Nathan and his…read moreteam inspected my roof, marked areas of concern, negotiated with my insurance company, and managed the project from start to finish. Nathan and our project manager Oscar helped us navigate the shingle shortages that plagued our area, and searched far and wide to find a shingle color and style that fit our home. Nathan was flexible in accommodating change requests we made along the way, including the installation of a new solar attic vent. Oscar kept the install on schedule and ensured the site was clean and tidy when the workers were done. He also addressed each of the minor install issues and touch-ups we identified after the install and followed-up regularly with the final financial reconciliation with our insurer. I strongly recommend Nathan and their team for roof replacement projects.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. They don't stand behind their work…read more Silver Creek replaced my roof last year. In the process, they ruined the ceiling of my outside patio by using nails that punctured the whole ceiling leaving pock marks all over the surface. To fix the issue caused by Silver Creek roofers, Colten Husband, owner of Silver Creek, had his crew install INTERIOR paneling on my OUTSIDE patio ceiling to cover the nail holes. Interior materials are clearly intended for INSIDE and not OUTSIDE use especially in severe climates like Texas. Naturally, the materials started falling apart quickly after installation. We asked Colten to fix the issue several times and he refused. We have had three contractors come to review the work and all of the gasped at the poor work Silver Creek did to our patio including using interior materials on an outdoor patio as well as the poor installation. Due to Silver Creek's error ruining my patio ceiling, we are forced to fix the damages they caused. Beware of companies that don't stand behind their work.

My wife and I were very happy with Colten's professional manner. He was never pushy or rude. Always respectful and helpful. He was always very kind, and always courteous. We wanted a metal roof to replace our shingles and we worked with him to select the right color and specs. I will tell you that Colten honored every commitment he made. If we we wanted something adjusted, or changed, he made it happen without any hesitation. I can tell you that there are more SCEC signs in our neighborhood than any other roofer, so that in and of itself should tell you something. I can recommend Colten and SCEC for any future project you have in mind.

If you're into the personal service and general flexibility of family-run shop, Terry and Lynn are available by phone or text at all times and will try their best to meet any request you have of them. And if you're into the professionalism and polish of a big corporation, All-Star Roofing has that too--from the folder-bound quote packet that comes with every estimate and explains everything from the company's background to the week's weather forecast, to the wide selection of products and services and the quality of work. Like every company, there were a few hiccups. They forgot some wire mesh on a small rodent-intrusion repair we did a few months back, and didn't get back out to add it for several weeks. And when we replaced the roof last month, they were a bit late on the first day of work and forgot to alert me. BUT, the thing that makes All Star different from so many other companies is their insistence on apologizing (sincerely), promising to do better, and fixing the problem. Customer service is a serious concern for them. Oh, and did I mention they are a great value? Terry drastically outbid two other companies for the roof replacement last month, and offered a better warranty. We've moved to Dallas, but if they'll make the trip up, we'll definitely be calling Terry about our next roof.
