There forms are still paper. Print so small even with glasses i was having trouble. Traffic is terrible any time of day on the south side. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The shop was clean and well stocked. Ample parking, in gravel lot. Dangerous pulling out tho, due to limited view of on coming traffic. And there's a lot of it. My over all experience was ok. Nice people, lots a guns. For me the cons out weigh the pro's. Mary was pleasant to deal with.

"The check is in the mail" is a typical fraudulent ploy with businesses who don't carry through by their promises! 4.) I'm not usually impressed by firearms dealers, but Antique and Modern were the most pleasurable experience I've ever had. The firearm was accurately described, reasonably priced and was with my local FFL within 3 days. They were having internet troubles at the time and the sales assistant personally texted me the receipt and tracking info. I will be buying from them again and hope I find a good excuse to go to Kentucky to visit their shop in person.

The first issue was once the gun was shipped to my local FFL dealer, Gundock did not include a sales receipt or any information about our sale which al so is illigal and horrible on any FFL dealer. There was several back and forth(email and phone) until I got the serial number. The next issue, the gun and accessories that gundock advertised was not what I received. I immediately tried to contact them for several days with no answer. Then I emailed and contiued to get no response. To get their attention I dispute the charge since they didn't sale me what was promised. Then when they finally decided to reach out to me they attempted to threaten me by saying they were going to report the gun stolen and contact ATF if I didn't end the dispute. I then resent them all the emails where I tried to contact them. Their representative then tried to play victim that they are just a simple gun warehouse and cant afford it. I ended up winning the dispute with my credit card company. All I wanted from gundock was either send the parts that they promised in the sales add or pay the difference and I'll buy it myself. Horrible customer service, no response, horrible business ethic, unprofessional. Buyer beware. If they ever want to deny any of this I have all the emails, receipts, phone logs, credit card dispute to prove.
