I placed the items back in the box and called the store and spoke with "Chuck" whom, apparently is the owner. I explained the situation and asked for a "returned item" stamp and was advised that his store doesn't pay for postage and it was my responsibility. Also, he stated that, even though I explained about the obvious signs that the product had been previously used, he would still charge me a restocking fee. Between postage and restocking fee, I lost around $35 on this purchase. Shame on you Chuck. NEVER AGAIN will I purchase anything from this company. BUYER BEWARE!!

Today, both Donavan and Michelle are Factory Certified Applicators from NIC Industries out in Oregon. They run the show day to day with some graphics and media support from the daughters Stefani and Paige. When we say we are Veteran Owned and Family Operated, we mean it. I also pointed out how about 80% of their bullets for loading do not incur the fee but quite a few bullets do. I'm new to loading ammo and checked with multiple reloading groups.
