The worst gun buying experience I've ever had. Iinitialy, it looked like a good deal on a sig mpx that they had. But it was defeineltly too good to be true. The first issue was once the gun was shipped to my local FFL dealer, Gundock did not include a sales receipt or any information about our sale which al so is illigal and horrible on any FFL dealer. There was several back and forth(email and phone) until I got the serial number. The next issue, the gun and accessories that gundock advertised was not what I received. I immediately tried to contact them for several days with no answer. Then I emailed and contiued to get no response. To get their attention I dispute the charge since they didn't sale me what was promised. Then when they finally decided to reach out to me they attempted to threaten me by saying they were going to report the gun stolen and contact ATF if I didn't end the dispute. I then resent them all the emails where I tried to contact them. Their representative then tried to play victim that they are just a simple gun warehouse and cant afford it. I ended up winning the dispute with my credit card company. All I wanted from gundock was either send the parts that they promised in the sales add or pay the difference and I'll buy it myself. Horrible customer service, no response, horrible business ethic, unprofessional. Buyer beware. If they ever want to deny any of this I have all the emails, receipts, phone logs, credit card dispute to prove. read more

For me, this was a first time online purchase of a firearm. Have bought a large number of firearms in my lifetime but I was very very nervous about stepping into the online realm of Gun buying. Gundock had an excellent price ($250 lower than other online brokers) on the item I was looking for, a very hard to find EAA Witness 2311 Match X. And had it listed as in stock. The price and availability actually made me even more anxious about making the purchase, seemed too good to be true. -Made the order Friday 6/13 -Ensured that the FFL info went out the next day 6/14. -Called the following Monday 6/16 and Tuesday 6/17 but was unable to make contact with anyone, so I left a voicemail and sent an email to confirm they'd received the FFL Info. -Received an email early Wednesday 6/18 stating FFL was received and that the item would ship the next day 6/19 (a federal holiday ) which it did ! Tracking information was solid (paid for the expedited shipping) and - Had it in my hand by lunch Monday 6/23. Overall, I personally had a very good experience with them. 11 days total time, including 2 weekends and a federal holiday. First time using this shop. Called there twice, and the owner (?) answered very quickly and was very helpful. Ordered item on Sunday, the day before Memorial Day. They had it out on Tuesday and I got it on Saturday. Item was as described. It is a hard to find item (Ruger LCRx .357 Magnum 3-in barrel) but the price was still really good considering it is hard to find. Lacks integrity when he should be taking responsibility for what they failed to do as a business. Ordered a NFT product on March 2nd. March 17th still not shipped out and when questioned about it over the phone all he did was place blame on the ATF, the FFL receiving the product and the form 3. Not the fact they haven't dont their job even after continuing an open conversation via email for the past 2 weeks. Everyone who gives them a less then stellar review is "shady" according to their review rebuttals. Will make sure to place them out there as less then worthy of anyone's business. Placed an order after calling to confirm they had what I was looking for instock and was ready to go. They confirmed that is WAS in stock and ready to go. I sent my FFL/SOT info, paid, etc. Call back to make sure they had everything they said everything was G2G. 3 days later they canceled my order because the SBR I purchased was in-fact NOT in stock. I had already started the NFA process at my SOT. If that wasn't bad enough the cancellation notice and it says a full refund of $0 (I paid $1756) at closing on Friday. When I called I got a recording saying that won't be back until Monday. Finally got ahold of the owner 6 days I after they canceled my order I got my refund. read more

I've purchased several firearms in the $1-$4K range, along with a scope, from TheGunDock and every order has shipped quickly and arrived in excellent condition. Communication has also been excellent. I've never waited more than 12-16 hours for an initial reply and usually get follow ups within 6-8 hours. I did have a situation where a listing was not as clear as it should have been for a particular variant of a firearm and truthfully I should have double-checked the SKU on other sites and done my own research before spending $4k on a rifle, but nonetheless TheGunDock accommodated the error in their listing and worked with me directly to resolve it. Brad (who I believe is the owner) handled the matter professionally and fairly, and that showed me they value their customers and stand behind their business even on tight margins. Because of that experience, I've continued to place more orders with them. If you want a dealer who takes customer service seriously and delivers on time, I'd recommend TheGunDock. I followed directions in GunBroker and had my FFL dealer send their information right away, which gave The Gun Dock the information he needed to ship. I recently conducted a transaction on GunBroker.com with this "company". After the purchase, I was surprised to learn that what I thought the listing was offering, was in fact NOT what was being offered. Upon diplomatically approaching the owner, he became combative and threatening. After strong deliberation, he agreed that if I returned the item, I would receive a refund. Given the mistrust - I did return the item with tracking and notified my credit card company of their antics and initiated a chargeback. As suspected, they attempted to claim that I had not paid for the item and attempted a claim within the GunBroker Platform. I spoke to the owner and after having explained both sides, I apologized. I found out that it is a small business firm and not a big box store so they have limited people working and with all these pandemic, the delays caused it. I had an excellent experience with TheGunDock. As a resident of one of the most restrictive states in the US, California, I had been looking for a particular pistol for quite some time. As anyone from California knows, the market is very limited and what is "approved" by the State is very hard to come by. Per recommendations, I had been hitting all the big well known online dealers for quite a while with no luck. As I expanded my search, I came across TheGunDock and found they had this pistol available and for a pretty good price. Not the cheapest, but by far not the most expensive. So I went for it. The ordering process was very simple and fast. I didn't expect things to move to quickly due to the Covid's. Even their website warned that orders may take a little longer than usual and I was fine with that. I place my order mid day March 9th and several hours later they confirmed my order and asked if I could have my local dealer send them their FFL. I contacted my shop and they sent if off that same day. I got confirmation March 10th that TheGunDock had received it. I little while later, same day, I got word they had shipped it. On March 12th, I got word that it arrived at my local store. I was shocked at how quickly they processed the order and shipped it. The few interactions I had with them were top notch. Very professional and responsive. As far as the some of the bad reviews I've read about TheGunDock, I get it that even the best places have off days or somethings sometimes just fall through the cracks no matter how hard one tries. I feel bad for them if their experiences are real. I just hope they aren't just anti 2A trolls. TheGunDock came through for me with flying colors. Red, white and blue colors that it.
