Exceptional communication from their Customer Service Department. The gentleman who called was knowledgeable, and as friendly as can be. While this Minnesotan won't be moving to Kentucky any time soon, I now have a new "go to" source for my firearms, ammo, and supplies. Thank you from a new and very satisfied customer.

My response to Brent D. Of A&M firearms dated 5/28/2021: First and foremost I must explain in…read moredetail to you where you are in error! I'm sorry to downgrade you from an Imbecile ,(I.Q 26 to 70) to an "Idiot", (I.Q. 0 to 25) because of being a very poor business man and not bearing some responsibility for your actions! 1. ) The label you refer to was filled out by "U.P.S." and not me! This was not my fault. 2.) The label "I" attached to the package addressed to A&M firearms and return address was "Correct!" You seem to have not noticed the correct return address. (Now I ask "you" for an apology for this lack of checking the shipping container). 3.) "The check is in the mail" is a typical fraudulent ploy with businesses who don't carry through by their promises! 4.) Furthermore, a second time you made the same mistake: sending the check to the wrong address! "You should have gotten the clue by now that some error was made." I can understand why you assume "zero" responsibility for your actions, you have no respect for those that put money in your pocket. P.S. My personal address is not to be shared with "ANYONE" and to do so might bring legal action.

I emailed support stating it must be an error because the remington lead shot doesn't incur the fee and it's literally a bag of lead. Nothing explosive or dangerous unless consumed, shoved up your nose and or butt, or shot with... Nope. I also pointed out how about 80% of their bullets for loading do not incur the fee but quite a few bullets do. I'm new to loading ammo and checked with multiple reloading groups.
