That seems a very vague and somewhat shady way of making things right. Last month our bill increase 65%, and I don't feel like we used that much more propane. I called to investigate on Friday and they lady seemed really nice and helpful, but not it's Tuesday and still haven't received a follow up call. My next available option from a U-Haul Representative (good ol' Tammy) was to drive 2 hours away to pick up a truck. I will never be using U-Haul again for their lack of communication at the reservation, not knowing their inventory and returns (or even worse knowing and still promising a truck).
