I'm surprised at their prices in fact that I leave there feeling though as if I have taken advantage of them lol. The staff is so awesome. You walk in there and I was taken back because they are just talking away as if it were a family, which made it fun in there. Now....it wasn't like your run of the mill dirty arrogant or even cheap talk, it was fun, and as I was thumbing about and walking about I even found myself cracking up with them and before I knew it, I was involved with the conversations, which made me feel like I was at home. Don't you change a bit my friends, you definitely got what it takes to run this place and that is why you have been around the longest out of any other run of the mill and this is a true fact folks, were talking this place was established way way back. This Hardware store even mentioned to me to NEVER go in there, but hey, I'm the type of person when I'm challenged, I gotta see it for myself. My Dog is huge; a great peraniese, so it's hard to wash him at home. Needless to say, I didn't get in. Please start making appointments, it would be much easier then just walking in. In my case, I don't necessarily do this to save money, but because I like a challenge. This challenge sends me to ReTool frequently. ReTool is a small store that sells (mostly) used tools of all types and varieties. They offer hand tools, machining tools, power tools, yard tools, and a selection of things you may have to ask what they are used for. You can buy a single screwdriver for $ .29 or a massive laser survey machine for $549. Part of the fun of going to ReTool is that the inventory is constantly changing so you'll never know exactly what treasure you can find. I became a loyal customer a few years back when working on redoing my kitchen. I needed an air compressor to install some crown molding and found a good one at ReTool. The very helpful gentleman behind the counter (I assume he's the owner because I always see him there but don't know for sure) asked what projects I was going to use it for. After telling him, he said 'well I'd suggest going to Home Depot on aisle (something), right now they are running a sale on this particular air compressor and it comes with a few nail guns as well.' I thanked him for the suggestion and went to check it out. He was spot on, the price was what he said and the item was exactly as he described it to be. He saved me a good amount of money just because he happen to know of a random sale at Home Depot. Because he was helpful and sincere, I am a loyal customer and always check ReTool first when needing a new/replacement tool. The selection here is so diverse that I can guarantee you'll find something that you either need, always wanted, or something so foreign to you that you must buy it solely so you can say you have your own 'Glockenspiel tuner thingy'.
