I got up super early to be sure I got there, because that's what they adviced I do, so I did, but apparently someone decided to go at 8 am and wait and was washing their 5 lb poodle they could have washed at home. My Dog is huge; a great peraniese, so it's hard to wash him at home. Needless to say, I didn't get in. Please start making appointments, it would be much easier then just walking in. Other than that, great stroe. They just need to set appointments for the dog washing station so everyone has a chance to utilize this service.

I'm surprised at their prices in fact that I leave there feeling though as if I have taken advantage of them lol. The staff is so awesome. You walk in there and I was taken back because they are just talking away as if it were a family, which made it fun in there. Now....it wasn't like your run of the mill dirty arrogant or even cheap talk, it was fun, and as I was thumbing about and walking about I even found myself cracking up with them and before I knew it, I was involved with the conversations, which made me feel like I was at home. Don't you change a bit my friends, you definitely got what it takes to run this place and that is why you have been around the longest out of any other run of the mill and this is a true fact folks, were talking this place was established way way back. I'm not going to tell you because you need to get your hide in there and find out yourself. Their products are just and fair. Great quality and not crap in the least bit. The staff were so friendly and seemingly wanting to help, and you don't see that really in life anymore. You can't just take my word for it, it's one of those establishments that you have to get in there to find out for yourself. There's another Hardware store in town and their prices are super ridiculous and they actually follow you around to check up on you but in a way as if your being watched and not being helped out at all, which made me feel very uncomfortable. Now, I could see if I looked like a joker or a piece of crap coming up off the streets, it was very uncomfortable to say the least. This Hardware store even mentioned to me to NEVER go in there, but hey, I'm the type of person when I'm challenged, I gotta see it for myself. They were right, the prices were ridiculous that even BBB would have their heads spinning. So this Hardware Store gets a 5 Star review and my personal friendship! Yay!
