Stupendous service…read more I recently went to go find these Teeny Totes and I knew it would be a stretch since it was close to Christmas time. I first asked associate Brian for help and not only did he direct us to where they are but also he double checked with his manager to make sure his information was still up to date. Then I went to the checkout with Ime and she went above and beyond and even wrote down my number to call and see if they did find more totes. Then she found an extra one for me! Then I passed By Brooklyn on the other checkout side and she gave us more spots to check because she saw how we wanted more totes. Making sure we covered every inch of the place. Plus she was really nice and understanding. I am beyond impressed with the customer service here and I will return again soon.
