The large selection of fabrics here were perfect for my next pattern. She verbally berated when told at the time I was just looking. Actually, I was preparing to spend about $100 on 2-3 items, but it was an easy decision not to this time. No, I don't live in Lakeridge, but I like my 'hood better. Maybe my Ralph Lauren shorts and shirt was not good enough. It is unbelievable that a small business person would be so rude. Found The Sewing Studio and ordered a yard of the fabric. I called the store on Monday morning to see if I could pay to have the fabric sent overnight so that I could get the quilt top completed. It was donated to our QOV group with the request we help get the three completed and sent back to be quilted. She will then send it on to a quilt store in Maui to be distributed to those in need. They sent it to me overnight and didn't charge me extra. I live in California and won't have the pleasure of visiting their shop but will definitely purchase more fabric on line, without the extra shipping requests. Many, many thanks to the wonderful women who helped me divert a disaster.
