I was picking up some shirts my employer had ordered and I was warned that it had been a nightmare to get them ordered and to prepare for the worst. I was pleasantly surprised when it was a quick and easy pick up! Once we pulled the shirts from be bag we quickly just tore tags off and hung them up. When it was time to use the shirt we noticed that a white one had brown stains all over it (looked like dirt). I tried washing it with stain remover to no avail. I called the store and they said to bring it in. When I did they proceeded to politely argue with me about whether the stains were present when we picked the shirts up. To their credit, they do check each shirt for size and color before they put them all in the bag so I understand that it seems unlikely that a white shirt would leave the store with unnoticed stains. But it happened. The conversations were awkward because I was trying to explain that I knew for a fact the shirts had not been worn and that I was not the buyer anyways. I noticed tones of annoyance in their voices which made me uncomfortable. Eventually they brought the shirt back to me with a "pretreatment" that smelled so much of sharpie that I had to drive back with the windows down. I washed the shirt with the treatment and it did take some of the stain out but not all of it. I called again a day or two later and they said they would reorder if i brought the shirt back in. I appreciated that they did not argue with me BUT... As soon as I walked into the store the girl at front (same as the previous time if I remember) did not seem willing to honor the agreement made on the phone at first. She politely reminded me of the procedure of checking shirts before sending them out which I was fully aware of. They did end up taking it and stating that they would reorder. I tried to smile and speed politely but the employees I spoke with were not returning the love. It was uncomfortable at best. The shirts done properly did look nice and they did eventually make things right but I would not use this service for myself based on the two uncomfortable encounters I had. I understand mistakes and weird things happen but I would like to have been treated with more respect instead of suspicion and annoyance. UPDATE: 26 days later I called to check in the shirt and they said they had it. Going in to get it was easy and pain free. I was treated with courtesy and respect this time. Not sure how to feel after 2 nice and 2 not so nice visits.

They offer... + screen printed & embroidered apparel + custom signs + banners + promotional products (including koozies, drink ware, pet gear, & much more) + printed & cut vinyl decals & stickers. My first step back in Januaray 2023 was to gather information about the whole process. I didn't pick up where I left off until July. The graphic designer, Brittany, was friendly and easy to work with. At the time, I didn't know what questions I needed answers to as this was the first project of this kind that I had ever worked on. We wanted decals on the back passenger windows that would allow one to see out of the vehicles from inside. We also needed my office/mobile phone number on the back end sides of each truck. Additionally, each truck needed its unit number on the tail gate. The design looks good. The actual vinyl on the window is good until you get up close then you can see jagged cuts around the edges. I'm not too concerned about it though unless it starts peeling. All of the proofs were approved or declined through email. The program they use for this is mostly user-friendly. Our small business currently has a fleet of only 4 work trucks, but we also have several closed and open trailers that may potentially need graphics in the future. Half of the estimate was due at the time of signing the work contract. The other half is due after the order is complete. They accept checks, plastic cards, and online payments. The other staff member & the owner - Tonya & Lauren - have been great to work with, accommodating our crazy schedule including the missed appointment one of my bosses had when he fell ill with the flu. The only concerns I have are 1) that some of the window vinyl has bubbles in them still and 2) they duplicated one of the unit numbers are the back of two trucks even though the proofs showed them correctly. I let them know about this and there still has been no communication about this in over a week. TIPS + free quotes + lead time is 2+ weeks
