He was more than happy to stretch one of my hats and reshape its brim. Did a good job, too. Now I was not in the market to purchase any items, but while he was working on my hat I took a good look around at the merchandise. The selection is quite extensive, and the prices good. If you like Cinch shirts, they're a few dollars less here than what you'll pay at the other Western outfitters in Lubbock. Everybody knows about Dollar Western Wear, Cavender's and Boot Barn, but the Branding Iron may be a hidden gem. You'd be doing yourself a favor to check this place out the next time you're in the market for a Western good or service.

I never leave reviews and don't typically take the time to speak an unnecessary opinion but this time, felt the need to speak out on my experience. Between having no clothes I liked and having bad management that wasn't helpful, I felt the need to speak out. Also, save your money! The clothes are typical yet still overpriced. Give your business to a different local boutique.

It sounds great that they don't cost as much, but you'll have to buy shoes more often. I would have never walked into this store, if I hadn't been with my mom. It didn't take long to notice the difference in the quality of the shoes. The employees are always nice, and their sales are fantastic!

If you're from out of town and more used to mainstream stores like Fleet Feet, you will not be disappointed coming to this store. It's quite similar. They seem to contract with only the most popular and biggest brands for mostly track and road runners. Think brands like On, Saucony, Brooks, Hoka, and Altra. But they also include Topo Athletic in their lineup, which appeals to me, even if it's only a few shoe models to choose from. Socks include Balega, Feetures, and others but no Injinji - a big bummer for me. They have a small smattering of running clothing, accessories, insoles, nutrition, watches, and other items. Selection is larger at their main location in town. As a specialty store, they have specialty store prices. That is to say, they can be a bit high. They are also, as mentioned, directed towards strictly road runners. I have not found trail running shoes here. Staff is very helpful and friendly. They are plugged into the local running community with a couple of running group meetings here per week. They even occasionally raffle off gift cards. Definitely your primary stop in town if you are a serious runner.

Although I realize that I'm nothing special, when I walked in the ladies made me feel as though a king had arrived. They are quite poised with each of them demonstrating a beautiful, sweet demeanor. If you're a male, they will offer as much help as you might need in choosing something special for your wife or significant other. Their eclectic inventory is of exceptional quality and appeal. After I had purchased the item that I had decided upon, it was placed into a very attractive gift-bag with pink tissue paper neatly placed on top. It's easy to give J. Hoffman's a 5-star review, but I wish that 10 stars were an option. They would deserve every bit of it.
