We are in Lubbock, so this is a different world. In this…read moredifferent world they have this little store that sells everything you buy in cities like Dallas or Fort Worth as well. In the past they had to hide certain products, for whatever reason. Now they show them more openly, and if you want something special for your girlfriend or wife, or your boyfriend or husband, this is the place to get it. The staff is super friendly and knows what they are talking about. No I don't know if they tested it all. Even people that are unsure or shy, will get good help. On the first floor they have clothing for women, on the 2nd one, they have shoes and boots as well as a small selection for guys and there toy room, a room that has all kind of sex toys. This is almost as good as it can be in a city like Lubbock.

You need to measure for your band size and then cup size. She squeezed the tape measure around my chest an gave me a 42 DDD. I've lost a lot of weight and so I tried that size and it was so tight it dug into my ribs, but she was adamant that it was the correct size and I asked her to see if they had a size bigger, they didn't. So my mom also got measurements and the bra she had my mom try was tight also to the point that half of her boob on the side stuck out of the bra. So we just left very disappointed and not happy!

While Kara Jones, owner of pennyrich, is working out the wrinkles in her business, her employee doesn't know how to work the register and process returns. So make sure what you buy is legit, because the employee will only give you percent of your purchase back.

It is a great place to find that little sexy something, but also that comfy support you need. They also do something that basically makes my day everytime it happens, send you coupons in the mail including a free underwear! They send these coupons out probably about once a month. They always have the free underwear and a $10 off for any bra, along with a few other surprise coupons. To get on this list of lovely coupons you have to give them your info when you check out. They are always having sales too. Especially around the holidays and also during their semi-annual sales. Basically I recommend never paying full price for anything.

I started as the only client in the store but even as another lady came in to shop I didn't feel rushed or pushed to the side. The lady that answered seemed to have no idea how to help me when I said I needed to confirm my appointment. I told her it was the number they left when they called she said well this is alterations. I said ok is there any way to let the front desk know I want to confirm my appointment. It seemed like I was a bother than anything else. Which I sort of understand since she works in alterations not as a receptionist. So I was already a little put off before I came in but decided to still make a great experience of it since it was my first time dress shopping. I was greeted by I believe the manger when I first came in who started explaining the process while someone went to get my consultant. She promptly came out and started going over my vision and what I wanted. I did really appreciate the fact that I could make a sort of profile online and "heart" dresses that I thought I would want to try on during my appointment. I also liked that I could link my Pinterest so she could have a better idea of what my vision was before the appointment. Which I'm not totally sure was taken in to account but that's ok. Not what they was doing they wanted to try dresses on together and make memories all were actual brides with weddings months apart from each other! Not only did we overhear them talking g trash about us but some other ppl looking at prom dresses heard and told my mom and sister what they overheard. Anyhow they didn't know proper wedding dress terminology which should be natural if you're helping a bride. Then they keep saying cute lol what? Who wants to hear that's cute in - $3k dress. Then they would look at another after a bride would come out and go back into room and roll their eyes at each other! These ladies Rosa, and can't think of the other two but will get names and return to put them. But you'd think David's Briadal would do something. Then they was complaining g about only getting like 20-26hr only a week to work and how that company sucked to work for and blah blah blah. All this around where we were. Then they'd walked a little ways away and huddle up pretty much and whisper and just ugly and rude. But when they thought they sold the almost $4k dress they started being nice and sweet lol Storw was pretty clean they was picking up straight pins out of the floor where the brides and others were walking barefooted. Make it nice and clean and have chairs for bridal parties and make it memorable that's one of the most important times in a ladies life.
