My next available option from a U-Haul Representative (good ol' Tammy) was to drive 2 hours away to pick up a truck. I will never be using U-Haul again for their lack of communication at the reservation, not knowing their inventory and returns (or even worse knowing and still promising a truck). When I called to check on it, they told me that an employee had been reading the meter wrong, so they just weren't charging us to make up for it. That seems a very vague and somewhat shady way of making things right. Last month our bill increase 65%, and I don't feel like we used that much more propane. I called to investigate on Friday and they lady seemed really nice and helpful, but not it's Tuesday and still haven't received a follow up call. How do I know my meter isn't being read incorrectly again? It's diappointing that we can't trust this company.

He smarted off and said, they are all being used. 5 min later, slowing moving employee came out and started cleaning the showers from previous users. After he cleaned 3, he hit some buttons and my number was called. The showers were not being used. They were just not worried about cleaning them and keeping the line moving. Poor customer service
