I called for a same day appointment, it was granted, I really appreciate that.
Upon entering the facility, I was acknowledged, but no hello, no smile, no please, no thank you. No one in the entire front area ever smiled. They looked unhappy to be there. Waiting was so long, I had a 2:25pm appointment, I think I went into the back after 3pm. But I was and still grateful for the same day visit.
When I was called to the back, my technician was Adam. Adam was super great! Nice, smiling, helpful and it was a great experience with Adam. I appreciate that as well.
The visit took 2 hours, and the technician had to go to other rooms to get tools he needed. With all the patients they see, why wouldn't they have enough equipment for every office? But Adam was great! When I seen the doctor, my questions weren't really answered, but she is sending me to another doctor to get an opinion on my issue. I appreciate that.
When leaving. That was a little crazy. The young lady calling me over didn't smile as well. This is where I was supposed to get a referral for the Eye Retina doctor. The young lady proceeded to tell me they will call me. Who will call me? I said, she said doctors name, but she was bending down and speaking, couldn't hear her. I asked for a name, phone number, where it was etc. I was under the assumption that she wasn't happy about my questions. She then proceeded to look for some paperwork of the person or doctor and just handed it to me. You know, the patients that go to this facility are people. We might be feeling a little apprehensive about what are issue with our eyes are. A nice hello, thank you, and being kind doesn't cost anything. If Adam wasn't so kind, it would have been a total not nice visit. I appreciate the visit, and Adam. Hopefully my next visit will be better. read more
