Centennial Vapor is just hands-down one of the best Vape shops around, as is the newest shop on Evans near DU but I don't see the new addition on Yelp yet to leave my review. Palmer, Mark, Austin, "Jesus", Harry.... they're all amazing and extremely knowledgeable. Their rewards program (Five Stars) is incredibly generous and customer service, outstanding! This is a true" Vape Lounge "; it's an enjoyable experience to hang out and socialize with fellow vapers here as the atmosphere just encourages this (not many Vape shops have this and it's definitely something I'm very observant of and partial to!) Also, their house juices, reasonably priced, mind you, are ON-POINT!! Just as with a comfortable atmosphere that doesn't make you feel as though you need to make your purchases and dash, "house juices" can notoriously be "bottom-of-the-barrel" and prompt you to spend double, sometimes triple the money on premium juice instead. This is happily not the case here! Overall, without a moment's hesitation, I give Centennial Vapor 5 stars. Everything about this store is OUTSTANDING!!! New to the E Cig thing, these guys hooked me up! They explained everything to me perfectly, and set me up - The service is bar none, the best in any smoke/vape shop I've visited. Not to mention the staff makes you feel very welcome. You can try and flavor you want prior to purchase, and they offer their knowledge based on your preferences! Parking lot is a little brutal, but well worth the visit - Most important, all of the E-Juices are mfg. in the back - not in China... so you really know what your getting. Sign up (free) for the rewards card, but know, you have a limited time to use it, so make sure you go back to back to get your best bang for your buck! sidebar - quiting tobacco smoking... and your a woman ?? I love this place! I am a stickler for customer service and these guys (all of them) put on a clinic on how to provide great customer service. I go to CV quite often and no matter who I talk to they are extremely courteous and and knowledgeable. I have to admit I am an online shopper and I do find cheaper prices online however I will almost always go to CV to support these guys and support for local business. Last year was the first time I went to the store and did not know anything about vaping. They Helped me out and educated me on products and did not try to oversell me. I told them what I needed and how much I wanted to spend and they hit it out of the park. Newbies or old pros all get the same awesome treatment. Do not hesitate, go to these guys first. Centennial Vapor is one of the few vape shops in the Denver area if not all of Colorado where you always feel welcome. Whether you're new to vaping or an old pro, the staff are as courteous and attentive as they come, and are very focused on making sure the customer is happy and get what they need rather than up-selling them on something they might not need or that might be too advanced for them. The store environment is open, the merchandising is excellent, and the selection of hardware and juice is fantastic. Their prices are excellent as well, and their rewards program is top notch. Found this place on their opening day and WOW!! We were treated nothing short of amazing! These two guys know their stuff, prices are great (in line with most other vape stores and even cheaper on some items), juice is spot on, great selection of hardware and add-ons. Truly not a single bad thing to say. Haven't been in the store for about a month but got blown away when I called this afternoon. I was in a pinch and needed to come in before closing tonight and wasn't going to make it. Being a smoker & "quitter" and smoker & "quitter" for 30 years, I finally took the plunge to start vaping. I checked out a couple other places, but they weren't nearly as concerned with me as a consumer. Centennial Vapors got rave reviews, so in I went. I have ordered from Centennial Vapor a lot, as well as some other places. I am never disappointed with the service from these guys. I recently ordered some stuff from them and they took the time to write a note saying "Here's a christmas gift from us to you.
