Since we were looking for long term storage and were willing to pay in advance, their pricing structure of 1 free month for paying for 6 in advance was very attractive. They also offered a senior citizen discount which we appreciated. Shortly after, it seems that there was a change in ownership and the price structure changed: No more free month for paying 6 in advance. Now, we'll pay on a month by month basis. Josh, the current manager, is most responsive which is much appreciated.

Why would you not prorate? It's the right thing to do . Why would you charge for a service you didn't provide? Is to get every penny possible out of people? Just not a good business practice. so make you leave at the end of the month.

I stored my goods for 6 months…read more I had thought this place was great until I emptied it, never had any issues, UNTIL... 3 dead rats, 2 of the dead rats where inside a bag of blankets and the other rat was in a box of clothes. Rat feces were everywhere inside of the locker, bags with fowl odors. My recliner was covered in feces, does any bit of the money I pay for storage go towards keeping rodents and bugs out of the lockers? I had to clean every single item inside after taking it out, what a let down!

It was terrible. $1000's of damages here. Regardless of what you sign in a contract, if all of the units are having the same problem of having their things infested with pests, ie. mice and rats, the storage company should admit there is a problem. I would advise NOT to store your things here. If there are damages the manager's response is "there is nothing I can do to help you". Admitting their is a problem would be enough.

The hours are really great, and loading in and out while inside is great for when it's raining. There are 3-4 spots inside for doing this, and after making many, many trips, only once have I had to wait a few minutes to get a spot inside. Their staff is nothing but friendly and helpful as well!
