Download speeds were under 10 Mbps and upload speeds were below 1 Mbps. Most alarming, we were unable to make 911 calls. This was not merely an inconvenience: I suffered a heart attack, and reliable emergency calling was essential. I spent hours speaking with T-Mobile technical support and engineers trying to identify the cause. We were ultimately told that network capacity in the Kalispell area was being overwhelmed, particularly during heavy tourist traffic. Whatever the cause, the service we paid for was not dependable when we needed it most. We switched providers and returned both pieces of T-Mobile equipment to the Kalispell store at 2244 US 93 North. We received a receipt confirming that both items were returned. On September 15, 2026, I then received an email stating that T-Mobile planned to charge my credit card up to $300 because the equipment had allegedly not been returned. I went back to the same T-Mobile store with the receipt, only to be told they would not help and that I should call 611--even though we no longer have T-Mobile phones and had already spent hours on their 800 numbers trying to resolve all of the issues. Unless the employees at this store can sell you a phone or T-Mobile service, they are worthless. T-Mobile needs to correct its records immediately, cancel any equipment charge, and confirm in writing that the returned equipment has been received. Customers should not be threatened with charges after following the return process and keeping their receipt.. We received a receipt confirming that both items were returned. He didn't even look up my account or exert himself to attempt to try to help me. He told me that I would have to find a corporate store and there aren't many left nationwide. Or call Verizon Wireless customer service. What is the point in a Verizon store if they cant help customers. What are they getting paid to do? This is beyond frustrating. This was the second store I went to that has Verizon advertised on the outside of their building but they could not help me with a simple trade in. They terminated my service and refuse to answer when questioned about Vovaughn's promised Free service. Transferred to a noisy call center in Philippines, I am suffering without home internet and lack of any response about their Verizon Salesman.

I have been with them for over 20 years and been fairly happy with their service. Now the updates to my account required a new modem, Which they shipped me. I installed the new modem set up the iternet and everything was fine. I went to the local store to return the old modem and router they shipped (that i did not need). The guy in the store offered me a free tv package, I declined the free TV package he offered, But he still added it then said he could not remove it, But that it was free and not to worry. When i got home i got an email showing where he removed all my services and then readded them which changed the bill from what i set up the previous week, and added almost $40 to my bill. I had to call customer service to get it all straightened out. The customer service rep was helpful (the one on the phone not the store) Got my account corrected and reduced my bill even more for the trouble i had at the store.
