She booked me for 9 AM and told me she charged $175.00 an hour. I thought to myself self, okay it should only take 1 1/2 as I have short hair. She started with a clarification treatment that lasted 50 minutes, was she really going to charge me $175 an hour to sit me under a heater?? The saga continued as I nervously checked my watch for the time. I ended up being there for 6 hours. Ashley kept telling me this is the process and my name is on your hair as well... Needless to say, this was the most ridiculously, long, expensive hair color I have ever had!! My son walked into Cabello Vida Salon having the hair of a 90's British Rock Band (think Oasis), and came out looking great and much more his age. Again, Lydia was great and gave my son a ton of attention both to him and his hair (which was needed because this was his very first real professional haircut). Lydia had a great attention to detail, and really took her time making sure his hair was just right. I highly recommend Cabello Vida Salon. I recommend it so much that I will be bringing my daughter (who is 5) in to get her first professional haircut in the next couple of weeks, and that should be interesting. Otherwise, I had been feeling really bad about myself since the pandemic and hitting 40. I felt like I let myself go. After my amazing haircut I feel pretty again and I never thought I would feel pretty again. My husband said it is the best my hair has looked and told me he wants me to get my haircut here with Misty for so long as we remain in Montana (and she remains at the salon). It was a terrific experience. I'm not much for styling and the way she cut it I can just put some spray in it and it looks fantastic. I'm blown away.
