I had a Pedicure and manicure 3 times and I've never had a problem! Everyone that I've had have been wonderful!

Absolutely horrible experience. Sat down with friends for a mani/pedi. 2.5 hrs later, I was STILL sitting with wax on my feet and no one had started my nails. My friends all finished up and left and still no one tended to my nails. I finally had to get up and tell them I was leaving. Once I said that they started back sliding and saying they could do it fast. They soaked my nails off for 20 mins with no start in sight so I asked for my ticket to leave. The original pedicure was $100 and my tab was $120!!!! I protested where the extra $20 came from and I was told it was for my "manicure". At this point I was livid. I said I wasn't paying for a manicure when they did nothing but soak my nails off and they insisted a soak off was $20. I will never go back. I made a reservation more than a month in advance for my wedding party. They confirmed it the night before. When I came in, they had 2 people working and they had to call in more employees last minute. The salon was extremely dirty and unsanitary. If you look at their equipment, there is grime on everything. They advertised a deal online for 2 for $65 pedicures, but when it came to pay, they charged us $65 for each pedicure. When asked about the deal (literally advertised everywhere on the website and the location on Google) we were told that "they didn't give us that menu in the salon" so they would not give us those prices. The pedicure was extremely rushed, they did not exfoliate at all, if anything my feet are worse than before. They butchered a lot of my girls nails. The only one who did a good job was Kevin. when you call to make an appointment they don't take your name or write it in a schedule book so when you arrive you may have to wait a very long time if they're short technicians. I had a manicure with regular polish on a Friday afternoon. by Saturday one nail had missing polish by Monday 5 nails were missing lots of polish. No snacks or drinks were offered. When I called was told I should have gotten gel polish. wish I could post a photo. I feel they shouldn't offer regular polish without a warning. read more

We booked pedicures and manicures for a bridal party back in April. When we arrived there were only two people working in the salon. The manager sat us all and filled the water with cold water where half of us stayed for one hour. The pedicures were awful. They clipped my toe nails crooked, didn't remove dry skin, slapped on some lotion and massaged my legs with for 30 seconds. Another girl had nail polish all over the side of her foot. One girl was cut by the clippers and had to ask for a bandaid. We finally escaped after spending three hours in the salon. read more

I called this location from Tacoma, WA to purchase a gift certificate for a friend in Eureka, MT. Upon telling the employee that I wanted to spend $100, she said a promotion would garner $150 for the $100. I said, "Great!" and so I paid. Then I asked how the recipient should use the gift. The gal stated, "Tell her to come in & give your tel# and name. To make it easier & also to have something tangible to open on Christmas, I'd printed a screenshot of the business homepage & added my name & tel# (the info. they said to present @ time of service). On 12/27/25, we visited the location, dropping off the recipient & my daughter, while my buddy (her husband) & I left to kill time until they were done. When she presented the paper with my info on it, they insisted she pay for the services & disregarded the gift, tacitly implying a scam. I arrived & intervened to resolve the melee, showing proof of the charge on my phone. They finally located the gift card, in a sleeve, with my name & # on it. It was EMBARRASSING!! Misunderstandings and language barriers are a reality, which is expectable and tolerable, but the lady should have absolutely given the customer the benefit of the doubt & researched the matter before drawing errant conclusions and worse, levying false accusations. This was the worst place I've EVER been to and I've been to a lot! Super dirty, I don't think the guy was licensed to do nails- I literally had to argue with him about filing and cutting my nails BEFORE painting. Lady next to me was handed a buffer when asked to smooth a part of her foot when having a pedicure. Lady stopped my pedicure midway to do a walk-in's nails instead. Just horrid. My wife and I went for pedicures. This is what her nails looked after the pedicure was done. Badly trimmed. The nail polish didn't fill the nail and gooped up. I knew better than to go here and was trying to get my nails done on a whim. The gal asked me to show her the photo I wanted and she had me open it several times even though it was basic nails and I told her how I need the length for my chubby hands to make them elongated. I seriously got the 'wish' version of my nails and all my girlfriends I called said they NEVER go here because of how terrible job they do. Still my favorite nail spot after almost 10 years. Trish and her crew are a fabulous, down to earth, and creative team. I can always count on great nails, from the basics to the newest trends. I love their pedis, especially the Utopia. But if you need something more economical, they have it. They use clean tools and files and covers in their foot baths. I usually get gel here and it's quite meticulous! The thing I like most though is I'm terrible at coming regularly and I always call for an appointment last minute. I have been going to Nailtopia for a few years now. They are consistently getting worse. Each time a problem with rudeness and obvious lack of caring. Here is my latest- I had an appointment - I was seated immediately, BUT the tech was very distracted, didn't listed to what I wanted. A "Walk in" (person without an appointment) came through the door and she immediately seated her and started working on her nails - left me sitting for at least 20 minutes. In the end the service was bad, the tech I had was not very nice and may nails just look ok. I'm so disappointed. I had a pedicure and basic manicure yesterday- the first in well over a year. This was my first time here and I won't go back. The staff was friendly but the quality of the pedicure and manicure was by far the worst I've ever had. I don't use polish on my finger nails but I like a buff - they didn't have the basic tools to do a buff. Two different fingers ended up bleeding from the cuticle cut job. The pedicure is awful. The polish is sloppy and already wearing off - it's been 28 hours! They didn't use a top coat either. To top it off, the pedicure was $50 and manicure (which was essentially a cuticle cut) was $25! This is wayyyyyyyyy too much $$$ for this type of service at a nail salon that cycles people through. I do not recommend and will not return. Response to owner: You can't justify poor quality and try to blame the customer. The nail polish was looked up - look at the corners of the toe nails. Furthermore, if you don't use polish any longer then REMOVE the hundreds of bottles you have AND don't offer it. I would love to support your business but I just can't with the quality that was received. read more

Probably the worst place I've ever gotten a pedicure before. The inside is not inviting at all. It's basically see how many people you can get in at one time. They don't even try to speak to you other than to ask what you want. My husband and I both got utopia mani/pedis here and they were very far from impressive. They carry on conversations in their language and barely acknowledge you are there to keep them in business. We did this from out of town and when we come back to the area we will steer clear of all of their salons. I frankly don't understand how you can run a business so poorly if they were in NJ or NY they wouldn't last a month. People expect way more pampering than they are willing to give. Not worth the price or the experience. Went to Nail Toepia this past weekend and I will not be back. The price was very high for the lack of service you receive. I asked the young man to cut my nails shorter and he questioned me and said "Are you sure? Why?" The whole appointment lasted less than 15 minutes, for the "deluxe" experience. I left with the foot mask still on my leg and now I have an ingrown toe. Do not go there unless you're in a hurry and don't care about price or experience. read more

I probably just had the worst experience. The guy who did my nails was rude from the moment I sat down. I got a new set and I noticed that the thumb nails were much shorter than the rest so I said something right away. He got an attitude and then threw a tantrum. Like a child. Throwing stuff around and was obviously irritated. I apologized and was still trying to be nice at this point. Then he does the exact same thing we just went over. I wasn't going to say another word because I already was mad and upset with the way I was being treated. He kept saying "you tell me" with an attitude. He then rushed the rest of my nails. They are all different lengths. They are thick. And he also cut my skin on every single finger of mine. The picture attached is ACRYLIC ON MY FINGER. he then proceeded to put my fingers in acetone which doesn't feel too good on cut skin. I really expected more out of this place. I believe I spoke with the owner and she was kind. That's the only reason I'm leaving two starts instead of one. The owner needs to get rid of this rude guy. They would do much better. Sloppiest manicure I've ever received I emphasized that it was for my WEDDING and they over filed, over painted and I now need to get a new manicure last minute from somewhere else. Very disappointed, don't go here if you care about a good quality manicure. Update: I went to posh nails and spa in Columbia Falls and they fixed everything. They were so understanding and patient. They treated me with actual care and made me feel like a valued customer. I highly recommend their services. Also again given the fact it was for the most important day of my life (so far), I'm so happy with their work. It's been over a week and my mani from them still looks beautiful. read more

Pedicure! ???? I have never had this bad of a pedicure in my life. I had a very light shade of polish so I couldn't see exactly what was going on til we walked out and I actually took a photo of my toes on my iPhone so I could see. I was flabbergasted. First of all my nails weren't even trimmed straight. ??? I had edges of sharp jagged nail. I have photos that I have sent to the manager. 2nd - the polish was obviously old or something because it was gooped and didn't even after a nights sleep. I checked it the next morning and it still was soft - Went back to the salon and of course the manager wasn't there. A worker called her and then handed me the phone. I explained that I had sent pictures to their website. But she claimed they had not received them. I can view them today. Anyway she refused to refund me but offered to have them redone but I would have to wait for an opening. I told her I was not interested because of the lack of care the first person had. Why would I wait for over an hour to have yet another person not care! She argued with me on the phone for so long I finally said, ok, good luck with your failed ng business. I feel the money we spend on pedicures we should be happy coming out of the salon. Each technician is different - one may clean nails more than massage- one gets to rushed cause overbooked. That is not right. Should not be rushed out of there. We like the massage, we like the nail cut and filed, we like the attention. We like to be pampered not hurried thru. I had the worst manicure I have ever had in my life here yesterday. The polish was applied too thick and didn't meet the cuticle. My cuticles were a mess... they did not even oil them. The filing was done in every direction and ended up rough and uneven. The first coat of polish they put on was bumpy and clumpy. I had to ask them to redo it. Even with reapplying, I was there less than 20 minutes and they charged me $48! I know doctors who get paid that after 16 years of education! I should have read the reviews! I wasn't going to leave one based on the owner or managers responses but decided it was important to others who might be looking. I was surprised when I could get in on the same day I called but now I understand why. First, the full set. The table I was directed to was sooo dirty, that should have been my first clue to run out the front door (which had a rag in it as it wouldn't stay closed). Acrylic was put on so thick, edges were left rough, catching on any fabric they touched. The man (Dean) was not friendly and, in fact, rude. The pedicure - the second highest priced one The young lady was very pleasant. Again, the chair was not very clean. When I said water was too hot she quickly flipped to cold - which didn't really matter because there was less than 1 minute soak time. Leg massage was running her hands quickly over my legs - no massage at all. Quality of polishing was the only good thing about this 25 minute pedi that I paid, I believe $65. NEVER, will I return. The customer who never returns can ruin a business quickly! Instead of rude insults from a manager when one complains/writes a review listening and doing something to right the wrong may keep another client from becoming the customer who never returns. After all, your clients aren't an inconvenience to your business, they ARE your business. read more

It's upsetting to pay extra to have all the things done and yet they did nothing this time. It's really expensive for what you get.

Too expensive for nail polish that comes off the very next day! $24 for 2 little girls to have their nails polished was a rip off!

This was the 3rd time I have had a gel manicure at Nailtoepia and the 2nd time I have had to come back within the first 10-11 days to have them fixed. I have also had 5-6 pedicures since moving here in December. Today was definitely the last time I will ever be coming here for any services. I came in to have my gels fixed, 11 days after I originally had them done, and the guy who fixed them seemed super grumpy the whole time. 9 out of 10 nails were peeling pretty badly from the sides, like when the polish is put too close to the cuticle. He tried to tell me some of them were fine as they were literally flapping off of my nail so I did push back on that subject. He did fix all 9 nails with issues but did a really poor job and I am more than sure these will fail even sooner than the original manicure I had. He didn't soak off any of my failing gel polish, he peeled it off with cuticle cutters so my nail beds really took a beating. I am super disappointed by this as I loved the people and the fact that they had super cute dogs in the salon but I find it a little hard to justify continuing to come here when the services don't hold up and when you come in to have them fixed they treat you poorly. I will continue my search for a good nail salon in the valley. The photos I have attached where taken AFTER he had fixed them. Super uneven amounts of polish and parts already stuck to my cuticles, but I honestly didn't even want to point it out to him after already feeling like they were angry that I had even come back in. I try to always be really nice to people because I know there are many things that can go wrong, I even tipped last time I came in to have them fixed as I believe they were really nice and helpful last time.
