Customer service was awful, blatantly rude and I get the language barrier but if you're going to be offering a service then you should at least learn how to respectfully attempt to communicate, body language and tone were super aggressive. I watched you turn away 4 customers in the 20 minutes I was there. Also charged $20 to remove polish. I stopped in on my last day of vacation. The staff was very nice. I had a guy do my nails (Theo?). And gave me one of the best manicures I ever had! He even painted a little heart for Valentine's Day. I loved the special treatment. They were very busy so recommend make a reservation or be patient if you have to wait. The wait it worth it. Very unorganized and poor quality. Called ahead and booked 4 appointments. Arrived early, they made us wait 30-40 minutes. Then they did us one by one and had to wait for each person to be done. My pedicure was terrible, about 10 minutes in total. No soaking, no cuticle pusher used, no cuticle solution. Cut my cuticles dry without soaking them at all. Only did polish on my kids nails and charged us for full mani/pedi. Questionable if the liner of the tub was changed because when I sat down the liner was wet with a little water at the bottom as if it has been drained but not changed before he refilled it for me. read more

Sad to say I was so disappointed. I made an appointment for a pedicure and a dip manicure. They had me soak my powder manicure off in a bowl of hot acetone and gave me a wipe "to scrub the polish off myself" then charged me 10.00 for polish removal. They had me sit and wait while they took another client between my pedicure and manicure 20 min. Someone else was able to take me after 20 min of waiting after my pedicure. Then she ripped my skin so bad in my cuticles that my finger wouldn't stop bleeding. I asked for a bandaid and got out of there, and won't be going back. read more

They either take people as they come in or overbook; either way, you are left waiting way past your appointment time with no explanation. Oh amd PS the link to make an appointment from their website doesn't work. I went in to get a gel pedicure amd gel manicure. The gal who did my pedicure kept forcing my foot in an uncomfortable position and was very rude!! I had a leg cramp as I left. My lower back also hurt from having to hold my leg up higher. Then she said the polish was bad and had to do one nail at a time. She said if it chips or peels in the next 1-2 weeks to come back for a polish change. Well it did and I made an appointment. Feel bad, nail tech's were nice, but $45 is too much for this pedicure. My cuticles were not cut back or pushed back and my toenails were not fully painted nor was there a good layering of coats. 70% of every toenail is covered. Just bad. Massage was decent. If you care about your nails, time, and money, don't go here. First was my deluxe pedicure. I told him I wanted my toe nails as short as possible. Repeated myself several times. Still not short. I didn't even have them take the time to paint them. Then comes the nail fill. Not only was the work worse than a second grader with two left hands, I had to put bandaids on 3 fingers afterwards. You would think someone yelling ~ OUCH ~ would clue them in. Total with tip ~ $100. Three days later, I had to go sit through another session at a different salon to repair all the horrible work this salon did. NEVER ever again. read more
