When I came in at 11am for the second time that day I waited another 15 minutes. When she was finally ready I was given a dismissive apology. My lip was burned due to the wax being too hot to boot. No offer of discount or further apology ensued! I love to support local businesses but felt an effort was not put in to please their customer. Otherwise, I had been feeling really bad about myself since the pandemic and hitting 40. I felt like I let myself go. After my amazing haircut I feel pretty again and I never thought I would feel pretty again. My husband said it is the best my hair has looked and told me he wants me to get my haircut here with Misty for so long as we remain in Montana (and she remains at the salon). It was a terrific experience. I'm not much for styling and the way she cut it I can just put some spray in it and it looks fantastic. I'm blown away. When I tried to say ouch she didn't stop. I wasn't able to communicate with her due to a language barrier and there was not anyone available to help translate.
