I've gone to Rita Becker now for three or four years. I see her every three weeks or so for a cut. Like many women I'm particular about my hair and have been blessed with good cutters where I've lived (New York and California). Rita is at the top of my list right here in Montana. Her skills are incredible, she is a natural with lots of experience. We've changed my style a bit over the years, and I'm always impressed. I think part of that talent is seeing not just a shape for the head, but one for the whole person, body included. She is amazing. She is also a wonderful woman, a joy to be around and can carry a conversation, as well as be silent if I feel like that. I've seen both men and women before and after my appointments of all ages having had all kinds of hair treatments, and to the person each one looks wonderful. Rita is a marvel! I have been seeing Rita for 3 years now. She does a wonderful job with my cut, colour and highlights. I followed her from Whitefish to Columbia Falls and the little extra distance is worth it! In fact I have given up my Canadian hair stylist of 17 years only to see Rita when I come down to our cabin....she is that good and you can't beat her pricing. Her salon is lovely, quaint and charming. I arrive and am seen right away, given a beverage option, consult and then to work she goes. A hand massage and head massage is an extra bonus. With 3 kids and a short holiday schedule she has me out of the salon in a timely manner looking my best. I can't say enough about the service Rita provides and I'm sure the same can be said for Ashley who works there too. I moved to MT almost 2yrs ago and was very lucky to find Rita. She's a true professional. Almost immediately, I felt relaxed and comfortable in her chair. Rita took the time to listen and understood what I wanted for a cut and color. The new location is clean and modern. I live in NW MT and drive 2hrs one way for my appointments every 6-8 weeks. Rita has been cutting my hair for quite some time. I was happy to hear she had gone out on her own and I like the new location. It's a bit closer to home than going all the way to Whitefish and I always come out of there feeling relaxed and happy with my cut.
