He said yes of course, and asked if I likes the ombré colors, and asked my favorite colors. David proceeded to amaze me with this pink and white ombré nail that looks so natural and very pretty. We had good conversation, the equipment was clean, and he was very nice. Squeezed in a pedicure afterwards and had a very positive experience. My nails are beautiful, very pleased. When I came in at 11am for the second time that day I waited another 15 minutes. When she was finally ready I was given a dismissive apology. My lip was burned due to the wax being too hot to boot. No offer of discount or further apology ensued! I love to support local businesses but felt an effort was not put in to please their customer. I have worked in customer service most of my life and believe this could have been an easy fix!
