The first time I was passed around to three different people for a fill and it came out horrible - with the thickest nails ever and misshaped. The second time was just a pedicure because who can mess that up? Well, again waited 45 minutes for an 18 minute pedicure that cost $65. The massage lasted exactly 1.5 minutes and there wasn't even a warm moist towel provided to wash off the lotion from the bottom of my feet. Will not be back. Way overpriced and extremely disorganized with poor service.

While sitting relaxed I noticed that the salon was very clean. AJ did my manicure while another pleasant employee did my pedicure which allowed me to get done and on my way quickly. When I came in, they had 2 people working and they had to call in more employees last minute. The salon was extremely dirty and unsanitary. If you look at their equipment, there is grime on everything. They advertised a deal online for 2 for $65 pedicures, but when it came to pay, they charged us $65 for each pedicure. When asked about the deal (literally advertised everywhere on the website and the location on Google) we were told that "they didn't give us that menu in the salon" so they would not give us those prices. The pedicure was extremely rushed, they did not exfoliate at all, if anything my feet are worse than before. They butchered a lot of my girls nails. The only one who did a good job was Kevin. He did my manicure and did a very nice job.
