I've done business with Cellular Exchange for many years now. Never have I once had a problem with their services. Being that I have two daughters, I've had all types of phones repaired and purchased here. Nothing but the highest quality of customer service. Honestly, the phone prices I paid here were the best (trust me I shopped around) . I've dropped my phone in water, my speaker broke on another phone etc. Phone repair was quicker than I expected and always correct. Honestly, Cellular Exchange is the only phone store I will go to for all of my cell phone needs. I highly recommend this business to all of my family and friends. read more

Cellular Exchange posted an ad On Craigslist for Verizon flip phones for $39 The ad gave you the impression they had a large selection. I get there and they say they're all sold out of the $39 phones, they had one or two old, crappy flip phones for $49.They haven't taken down the ad so it seem like a classic bait and switch. When I pointed this out they were not friendly or apologetic at all.I will not do business here! read more

Extremely SHADY operation!! Will never purchase anything from this company again. Spent $400 on a phone. 3 weeks after purchase, the speaker went out on the phone. Their return policy is a joke! "14 Day Warranty, No Refunds, Exchange Only" Spent another $75 getting the speaker fixed elsewhere, where customer service was hands down 5 star. Should have went with my gut and purchased a Certified Refurbished phone through Amazon, whose warranty is 90 day vs 14 day with Cellular Exchange. read more

Then upsells for another product after they allready have your money from the first sale. One star is over rating this Place.We have been customers for many years becouse they WERE pretty fair. NEVER again. I Bought what should have been an affordable phone from them this past week for my daughter.She has a problem missplacing phones and we didnt want to spend a great deal knowing it probably would be lost relatively soon.the problem was that they do not apparently pre check to see if the phones they are selling to customers work.As a prior customer we trusted that the product being sold had been checked to be oporational.We Left the store with the phone on a charger. Got home and the thing does not take a charge. Went back and exchanged the phone with a story by them about this second phone will not be a problem but it also does need a charge. Took them at face value as we had realy never had issue's with them before but after getting home and the phone being charged the entire trip, (1/2 hr plus) The second it was unplugged, again, this second phone did not hold a charge. Took a third trip to this place and honestly didnt think there would be an issue but instead the sales rep brought out different phones and offered to sell us another phone ( pay the difference) or refund our prior payment less the activation fee. My issue with that is Three trips to this store, they do not check there stock to see if it works before selling it to customers, either way we were now going to be out additional money becouse there offer was either buy up to another so called better phone or take the refund but the refund does not include the activation fee so no matter what we do, we are out at minimum $15.00 extra dollars and two extra trips to there store for a total of aproximatly three hours extra of our time, $20.00 extra on an upgraded phone and an extra $20.00/$25.00 in gas driving from Littleton to this store. Completely uncool for them to not offer another phone to us for no additional out of pocket expence. I will never use them again and We were regular customers for years. VERY POOR SERVICE! Your Desired Resolution: At minimum they owe us the aditional $20.00 that we had to pay to upgrade to another phone after they wasted our time making two additional trips to there store. If the guy wants us back as customers I would suggest he now re emburse the entire amount and offer an appoligy for putting us out by us having to make three trips to this store to finaly acquire a working phone due to there not checking to see if they were actualy selling a working product. This case will be reviewed by a complaint specialist at the Better Business Bureau, and then forwarded to the business for their response. I got a Samsung galaxy S2 from Cellular Exchange 5 years ago and it was still working good but I wanted to upgrade to a newer phone about a year ago so I traded in my phone and got the galaxy S4 Active and changed service because my Tmobile service was horrible. Now my service is the best its ever been and my internet is faster than my laptop. I also took my wife's phone in there when she cracked the screen and that same day it was repaired and saved me a good amount of money instead of buying another phone. Went in for a screen replacement and had to go back three times. First time it was because of white spots showing up on the screen 1 day later. Man replaced screen and said it happened because of a faulty screen. Second time, more white spots and the screen was super slow to respond, problems occurred within 1 day again. Same man now claiming there is something wrong with my phone. Says he can give me a third screen or refund me my money but put a broken screen back on. I opted for the third screen. Man listed repair comments on the back of my receipt claiming I "demanded" a third screen, not that he offered me a third screen, which he did. Spend the extra $30 and get your phone fixed properly at Apple. This business is not worth your time and money. So disappointing to be treated this way. read more

If I could give this store a zero, I would. I brought my phone in to have a cracked screen repaired and it came back with a new screen but with battery drain and the phone got extremely hot! Like so hot, I couldn't hold it to my face after a 20 minute phone call. I went back in to see if they'd be willing to take a look at what they did to it.... (I googled this problem and it's not uncommon and is typically an easy wire fix- most people said it was just a nicked wire that had the insulation nicked). They didn't believe me and at one point the guy pointed to the receipt and said... the disclaimer is right there "sweetheart". UM I think not. I asked for my money back. He took my phone and said he found my old screen in the back. It was definitely NOT my old screen (don't lie to me). My speaker is not working properly, I can't type on the screen bc the one they gave back to me is so shattered. I've made an appointment with apple and I'm dreading what they're going to tell me is now wrong with my phone. I'll update this review if there is further damage. Through the entire exchange I was polite and they were all sugar when I wanted my repair done, but as soon as there was a problem- boy did their attitude change. I did get a bit upset by the end when I could no longer type or hear on my device but I think that's understandable. SO BEWARE AND LOOK FOR AN AUTHORIZED DEALER. I bought a phone here and they told me the phone was $140. When I get there the guy with the glasses and tattoos charges me $160. I go back a few days later with my receipt bc my phone doesn't hold a charge, doesn't charge right and had dead pixels. The same guy says it doesn't have dead pixels that I broke the screen, which is a lie bc I didn't break the screen, it isn't even cracked. He also hands me a charger after I already told him I used multiple chargers on the phone and says that's why my phone won't hold a charge or charge right. He refused to exchange my broken phone. I also asked him why he charged me $160 and they're advertising on craigslist for $139 and he says that the priced on craigslist are only daily specials. It doesn't say anywhere in the ad the price is for the day only. They still have the ads up and if its a daily special they should've put it in the ad. Do not waste your money going here. The phones are over priced and they don't honor the 14 day warranty. You would be better off taking your chances on craigslist from a private buyer or someone on the street. read more

Do not take your phone here!! They replaced my screen & put on the wrong screen. I brought it back and they resolved the issue. A few months later my screen cracked again. This time I called cell savers and come to find out cell exchange left out 3 screws, making it more likely for my screen to break. I can't believe these crooks are still in business! read more

I wouldn't buy a screen protector from these guys. Went to have a new screen installed on my Note 4 and when I got it back, They said "It's like a brand new phone! We gave you a new battery, fixed the frame, and a new back cover!" The back cover had a dent in it, the frame was fine to begin with, and the only thing new about that battery was that it was new to my phone. It drains way fast and shuts down when it reaches 50% They wiped out half my pictures, loaded a pile of software that I didn't have before, and apps that I didn't have before that I can't get rid of. Avoid this place like the plague. read more

We have spent quite a bit of money here over the last 2 years on repairs, used phones, etc. went in today to buy a used iPhone. My daughter had saved the money and I kicked in some. Unfortunately, we were about $10 short of the asking price. The guy behind the counter was adamantly against negotiating the price. He was very rude about it so we walked out. It was an older model, used iPhone. You can't negotiate at all? Really???? I don't recommend buying anything used from here. They buy it cheap, sell it at a premium with no room to negotiate. I suggest the owner hire real salespeople that want to make a profit instead of rude kids that have no clue on how to treat customers. No more business from me, my family or my friends. the worker's there are really nice I bought a galaxy s2 and the sim card slot was messed up I just took it in and they replaced it for me for free I would definitely tell my family and friends about cellular exchange they have good deals and lots of phones to chose from I am definitely gonna come back and buy a phone for my daughter!!! :-) :-) :-) read more
