absolute worst phone repair place I have ever been to they're not about customer service at all, ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS MONEY I went into their store with my front and back of my iPhone 11 shattered and those were the ONLY problems with my phone I chose to go to this place because they were close to where I lived and they had some good reviews and it would be about half the price of apples quote to fix my phone at this place so when they handed my back my phone the camera fell out as he was handing me the phone and I mentioned to him that I just saw the camera lens fall out and he just screwed it back in real fast I didn't think too much of it and I was in a rush at the time so within the 30seconds that I walked out of the store my iPhone was telling that my face I.D was now disabled and I thought it was just because I just got a new screen that I would just set it back up and ill be good but this was not the case from that moment on my face I.D doesn't work and neither does my Apple Pay that night I took my phone home and put it into my phone case when doing so I released that the camera lens that fell off was now screwed way too tight down on one side and was pressed way too deep into the frame of the glass and the other side of the lens was completely loose it was pass closing hours and I was going to deal with this problem in the morning and just by me putting my phone inside of the case it pressed onto that lens and spiderwebbed the back of my phone but the thing is the entire glass section that is square on the iPhone 11s came out the whole frame was just not done correctly like they just threw the parts of the phone together as fast as they could when I addressed this problem with them over the phone they said they would fix it for free and when I came into their store it was a whole different story that this was all my fault and that the camera lens never fell out and that I was just lying so then I paid again to get the back of my phone repaired and I told them my face I.D doesn't work and neither does my Apple Pay and they both worked before getting my phone fixed here and they just told me that they can't do anything about that and that I would have to pay apple to fix that so after I got my phone fixed again it then started to ghost touch and then they said they would fix it for free because of that but then still charged me for it but at a lowered cost of around $120 instead of the full price and then after this visit my camera quality has been TERRIBLE I know for a fact that I do not have a iPhone camera lens in my phone because my friend with a iPhone 7 has a WAAYY better quality camera than my 11 how does that make sense at all?? so a week later my camera lens now vibrates whenever I try to use it and I literally can't use it at all they told me I have a 30day warranty after repairs if the phone is not cracked and I went in there and told the tech about what was going on and I also noticed there was fingerprints all on the INSIDE of the camera lens and when I talked to them in person even tho I just got my phone fixed there a week prior from coming in and my phone was in perfect condition the guy who repairs the phones himself that I would have to pay for this repair even tho my phone was not damaged at all and that I was lying bout the finger prints on the inside of my lens so I told him I wasn't paying for the repair and if he could at least clean the inside of my lens he told me he would but to this day there are fingerprints still in my camera lens because of course he just told me he would fix the problem and he just didn't. I walked in there wanting to pay them the $300 they charge for front and back screen repairs and not pay apple $600 and they just hand me brand new phone but instead I paid about $600 in repairs at this place and now have a iPhone that doesn't have a working camera let alone a actual iPhone camera lens but also my Face ID doesn't work and neither does my Apple Pay read more

I called from an add I saw on craigslist for a computer person to please help me with my mac and Josh the owner sent out Zach to my home... Zach was wonderful, every minute he was at my home he worked on my new mac connecting it to the printer, organizing my photos in a new place ( I have bridge for photoshop and had been organizing my photos there), explaining the difference between my mac and pc and new ways to train my brain when using the mac. He cleaned up unnecessary things on my computer so it runs super fast. He was very enthusiastic and talented and understood where I needed new skills. Best money spent and affordable. read more
