Trying to keep it short- First off, I'll just say for being…read morea phone company it's TERRIBLE trying to get a hold of anyone, either at the local Rib Mtn store (22+ minutes of constant ringing, then got hung up on) then I called back (rang for 10+ minutes then I hung up and headed to the store) only to find 3 employees sitting at their tables all on a device with NOT a single customer in there, or calling the 800 number it's impossible to get through. The stupid automated line doesn't understand what you're calling for and it's very frustrating trying to maneuver through it when you just have a question, but isn't any of the options. For another, with issues regarding billing, discrepancies, collections whatever the issue, everyone just passes the buck to the next person and then to another, and then another- just constant transferring to other departments. When you finally get someone, they are very hard to understand! After 2 hours on the phone (at home) and then 2 hours (at the store) either with an employee, I on phone with Customer Care, then with the manager, and still no result. Again, was sent in circles to call this 800 number, then transferred to billing etc. etc. etc. It seems impossible to get out of their service if you are unhappy with it or have terrible reception as we did. Kept losing calls, crackly lines, even when I called the 800 numbers it was crackly. OR they'll send you to collections, even when you were told by the manager, due to our situation we didn't have to pay that bill. That was a joke! Good luck getting where you need to. From our short experience there, I would not recommend them unless they change their process of answering phones, and handling customer service, on all levels.

The owner Wayne was so incredibly kind, patient and professional and he explained everything they would attempt to do to fix the issues. I explained to Wayne that we were in a bit of a time crunch as we were leaving for the winter and he assured me they could get things done according to our schedule. He even offered to take the items to the post office and send them to us if the repairs took more time than we had available. Now that is going above and beyond! Wayne was very upfront about costs and two of the items would have cost much more to fix than to buy new. The repairs that were completed were finished quickly and by someone who was very meticulous. I should note that prior to going to Complete Cellular Repair I went to the Geek Squad at Best Buy and they didn't open up any devices rather they pronounced them DOA and told me I needed to buy new. Wayne and Stanley, his tech assistant, took a look at the same device and said it was an easy fix and went to work right away on it. The device has been working beautifully since and the cost was extremely reasonable, much less than purchasing a new laptop. It's hard to find true service in today's world especially in the world of tech. I am so impressed with Wayne at Complete Cellular Repair.
