I was inquiring for a daughter out of state and he still wanted us to purchase here and work it out with Home Depot on her end! No way. This past Saturday I went in to pick up some paint, and they were not able to find our account, but the associate found our note on the assistant managers desk, Jim, so she gave us the discount and indicated she would have him look into it and give us a call. We did not receive a call. When we used the paint, it ran terribly. Didn't matter if we sprayed or used a brush, so I gave the store a call. The associate that answered the phone indicated he would have the assistant manager, Jim, give us a call back when he was free. It has been 3 full business days. We have yet to receive a call.

I'd give the store 5 stars but lowered it to 3 due to the company's refusal to exchange my horrible tempur-pedic mattress that is nothing like advertised. I wake up every morning feeling like I have a broken collarbone and store stiff hips. The bed is far too stiff for side sleeping which is the majority of my nightly sleep. I took delivery in April of 2023 so it's been roughly a year and a month if you factor in the 120 night sleep trial. I was told by mattress firm that the bed needed time to break in. After a year the only thing breaking in feels like my shoulders and hips. Tempur-pedic claims no pressure points yet I'm tossing and turning several times a night in discomfort. I contacted the company directly and was essentially told to kick rocks and live with my 3600$ mattress (which i still owe 1500 on) that I can barely sleep on.
