He calls GE as he normally would, gets a man on the phone after this conversation, says he's going to his truck to talk to him. I give him credit...he knocked on the door when he was done with GE, said I would like a reboot asked if we could start over. BUT then tells me how the GE guy agreed that I was the rude one..Nice reboot dude!!! I literally had to ask the guy to leave my home. He politely slid the fridge back into place and said he is leaving. I asked what his company name and his name, he refused.

That changed when my television needed repair and my parents recommended SEIM. I gave Denny a call and explained the issues with my 60" Samsung television. A true professional, he asked several questions to diagnose the issue properly and gave me several things to try. It became clear the backlight had likely gone out and he was confident he could further diagnose if I brought it in. He even gave me a cost estimate based on the likely issue. I brought in my television and was quoted about two weeks for repair, but he ended up having the issue diagnosed and parts in hand in just a few days. He also called me periodically to provide updates on the repair and confirm the cost estimate, making sure I was comfortable with everything before moving forward. In all, the repair was completed ahead of schedule and he also helped me with adjustments to make the screen view look as great as possible and even cleaned the unit and corrected an issue he found with the power supply. I couldn't be happier with the experience and would recommend Denny at SEIM Appliance without question.

We went in the store knowing exactly what we wanted, so we didn't really need an associate's help. However, none of the associated offered help while we were roaming around the store. Which is usually fine if we knew where what we were looking for is located, but we didn't so we ended up just walking in circles before finding the ancillary computer accessories sections located in the back near closer to the TV section. Additionally, we lingered in this section contemplating on which wireless mouse to get. Although, we had our eye on the one that we ultimately got. Again, some assistance in picking one may have been appreciated at this point. Since we were passing through town and knew what we wanted, the experience was good. I can see how someone else who may need assistance may end up leaving without purchasing anything. The check out experience was fairly standard, and it was the first interaction with an associate, but I guess better the cashier first than the security guard who'll check purchases before you leave.

Spending a month in Wausau WI, I've used this place for the last three weeks. Unlike most laundromats, all of the washers and dryer's are pretty new and are not "Out of Order". The washers get your clothes very clean without damaging them, and the dryers are literally the best I have ever used. One dryer cycle for $1.50/30 minutes, will completely dry a triple load! - Highly recommend.

I told him I read them and he said he knew about them and has had more dissatisfied customers than them in the 35 years he's been here. I NEEDED MY OVEN so I told him I'd pay extra if he would fix it on a Sunday. He said he wouldn't charge extra and did it that day. I'll call him again because he did what he said including the charge and was pleasant with a good sense of humor.
