Slumberland will not take care of it because of their contract with the 3rd party company OR if they do service it, they will charge us for it. Let's see - it is conceivable that Slumberland is paid for contracting with this company. Salespeople make a commission off the sale of the extended warranty. No one will step up to make this right. Do not purchase from this company. All I can say is thank God the bed did not break when it is in its upright position. ***Edit*** Not sure why it says San Francisco for my city - it is Wausau, WI.
