The staff, mainly teenage girls, are so incredibly rude and make no attempt to make your business feel welcomed or appreciated. Never a friendly greeting, never any sort of warmth whatsoever. I've been here multiple times to buy and sell and out of all those 20 something visits I haven't had a single pleasant or positive one. When I went to return items on 1/20/2020, I was told 1/14 was the last day for returns. Not only would they only provide current in-store prices (most clearanced), they would only put it on a store merchandise card vs original payment form. Additionally, they had ran out of store merchandise cards so said I either had to pick new items out immediately or wait for one to be mailed. Even with the store credit, the return price was dropped to close out pricing. I had my original receipt with me and it was a difference of 6 days. The general manager's response was unapologetic. Better training needs to happen with their associates. They have a very unforgiving return policy as well. I do not recommend using this store location.

Secondly, anyone who checks their credit rating often enough to know it's fallen 29 points has terrible credit. She's a few fries shy of a happy meal, to say the least. We love Old Navy, always do our returns from online shopping with no hesitation, and tons of $3, $5, and 7 items in the store.
