When I went to return items on 1/20/2020, I was told 1/14 was the last day for returns. Not only would they only provide current in-store prices (most clearanced), they would only put it on a store merchandise card vs original payment form. Additionally, they had ran out of store merchandise cards so said I either had to pick new items out immediately or wait for one to be mailed. Even with the store credit, the return price was dropped to close out pricing. I had my original receipt with me and it was a difference of 6 days. The general manager's response was unapologetic. Better training needs to happen with their associates. They have a very unforgiving return policy as well. I do not recommend using this store location.
