They have these courtesy phones where you can page someone to come to the department to help you. Associates are expected to respond and show up in less than one minute (if I understand correctly). That always has been the case for me. It was no exception yesterday or today when I went to Target to buy a new cell phone and switch (from Tracfone) to Consumer Cellular. They did not have the phone that I wanted in Wausau so Alex called the Stevens Point store and made arrangements for me to go there & pick it up. Today I got the phone and Alex set it up for me. The only glitches were minor and he handled them very well. The main one has to do with the way Tracfone handles accounts when a person wants to keep their phone number. If Alex happens to see this he can show this to his boss when it comes time for a performance evaluation! Thank you Alex!

We went in the store knowing exactly what we wanted, so we didn't really need an associate's help. However, none of the associated offered help while we were roaming around the store. Which is usually fine if we knew where what we were looking for is located, but we didn't so we ended up just walking in circles before finding the ancillary computer accessories sections located in the back near closer to the TV section. Additionally, we lingered in this section contemplating on which wireless mouse to get. Although, we had our eye on the one that we ultimately got. Again, some assistance in picking one may have been appreciated at this point. Since we were passing through town and knew what we wanted, the experience was good. I can see how someone else who may need assistance may end up leaving without purchasing anything. The check out experience was fairly standard, and it was the first interaction with an associate, but I guess better the cashier first than the security guard who'll check purchases before you leave.

The owner Wayne was so incredibly kind, patient and professional and he explained everything they would attempt to do to fix the issues. I explained to Wayne that we were in a bit of a time crunch as we were leaving for the winter and he assured me they could get things done according to our schedule. He even offered to take the items to the post office and send them to us if the repairs took more time than we had available. Now that is going above and beyond! Wayne was very upfront about costs and two of the items would have cost much more to fix than to buy new. The repairs that were completed were finished quickly and by someone who was very meticulous. I should note that prior to going to Complete Cellular Repair I went to the Geek Squad at Best Buy and they didn't open up any devices rather they pronounced them DOA and told me I needed to buy new. Wayne and Stanley, his tech assistant, took a look at the same device and said it was an easy fix and went to work right away on it. The device has been working beautifully since and the cost was extremely reasonable, much less than purchasing a new laptop. It's hard to find true service in today's world especially in the world of tech. I am so impressed with Wayne at Complete Cellular Repair. How this shop has stayed in business for so long is beyond me. Let me explain…read more I bought my 2009 VW GTI in December of 2008. I decided to get my windows tinted and Auto Trim was the only show in town. I'd had then tint my previous vehicle and it turned out nicely, so I wasn't hesitant to return. That was 3 years before buying the GTI. Something had to have happened with their staffing. It took me 5...yes 5 botched appointments where either I'd arrive and they'd tell me they'd overbooked and couldn't accommodate me...or would cancel the appointment outright. I even once had the head installer call me to cancel an appointment that another staff member had made for me because "that I'm the head installer and the person that took your appointment didn't know what she was doing" I'd about had it at this point but the only other tinting shop was over 100 miles away. So after 5 attempts to give Auto Trim my money they finally had to pick my vehicle up at work and bring it to their shop to work on it. I paid the man and called it a done deal. After a couple months of driving around with tinted windows I noticed just how much dust and grit they had trapped under the film. Clearly the roll of tint was dusty, or the sheet was dropped on the floor before applying. The best part comes next: It looks like one of the staff slammed either an extension cord or the handle of a squeegee in my left rear door while applying the tint...as there is a dent in the running board that runs perpendicular from the running board into the car. There is no question that this was done while in the shop as the car was only weeks off the showroom floor and that door had never even been opened. I never bothered to mention this to them as after all I went through just to do business with this company I wanted no further contact whatsoever. If you're in the Wausau area and looking for window tinting....I'd suggest looking elsewhere.

Avoid this place at all costs! Took my car in for a remote start. They ran my battery completely…read moredead, shorted out my stereo & broke several plastic interior pieces. They replaced my car stereo with a filthy, damaged (the LCD is 1/2 burnt out) stereo that appears to be from a junkyard!
