I had to take a number and i was 16th in line. After waiting about 45 minutes there with no public restroom.. I drop off my equipment to be told that I didn't return two cable boxes.. But I NEVER had TV service with Charter.. EVER.. .. So i wasted most of my day off dropping off equipment to be told I didn't return all of it.. They told me to find it and return it.
