We went in the store knowing exactly what we wanted, so we didn't really need an associate's help. However, none of the associated offered help while we were roaming around the store. Which is usually fine if we knew where what we were looking for is located, but we didn't so we ended up just walking in circles before finding the ancillary computer accessories sections located in the back near closer to the TV section. Additionally, we lingered in this section contemplating on which wireless mouse to get. Although, we had our eye on the one that we ultimately got. Again, some assistance in picking one may have been appreciated at this point. Since we were passing through town and knew what we wanted, the experience was good. I can see how someone else who may need assistance may end up leaving without purchasing anything. The check out experience was fairly standard, and it was the first interaction with an associate, but I guess better the cashier first than the security guard who'll check purchases before you leave.

Wonderful Service! I recently took in four different items (an older tablet, a newer laptop and…read moretwo very old gaming systems) to be repaired. The owner Wayne was so incredibly kind, patient and professional and he explained everything they would attempt to do to fix the issues. I explained to Wayne that we were in a bit of a time crunch as we were leaving for the winter and he assured me they could get things done according to our schedule. He even offered to take the items to the post office and send them to us if the repairs took more time than we had available. Now that is going above and beyond! Wayne was very upfront about costs and two of the items would have cost much more to fix than to buy new. The repairs that were completed were finished quickly and by someone who was very meticulous. I should note that prior to going to Complete Cellular Repair I went to the Geek Squad at Best Buy and they didn't open up any devices rather they pronounced them DOA and told me I needed to buy new. Wayne and Stanley, his tech assistant, took a look at the same device and said it was an easy fix and went to work right away on it. The device has been working beautifully since and the cost was extremely reasonable, much less than purchasing a new laptop. It's hard to find true service in today's world especially in the world of tech. I am so impressed with Wayne at Complete Cellular Repair. Called The Glass Company on Tuesday the day returning from Road-trip and discovering an insulated…read morewindow outer pane broken. Glass technician Richie was here the next day to get measures. Window unit was custom order that he sent in right away. .Friday AM back with correct replacement and in less than a hour later window pane installation was done. He cleaned up all broken glass and debris. Richie presented in clean uniform, identified himself, asked if we required him to wear overshoe protection (I already had floor protection and ladders set up) He was polite and explained the process. also told me cost up front but that the shop would send a bill. Before he left, asked if I could see anything wrong with install and if any debris was missed. I stopped by the shop later in day to pay bill, Ginny the shop owner was gracious and told me I did not have to rush in to pay, but I had errands to run near the shop. I appreciate this kind of service. My previous experiences with auto glass repair on a number of my vehicles (3) and house glass replacement all dealing with The Glass Company of Antigo have been 5-star.
