Multiple calls to TDS - customer service. It's been over a week now after we were told the next business day and still NOTHING!! We've spoke with supervisors multiple times and they are NO better than their call center personnel! Found out that someone at TDS "accidentally" took the receiver off our account and no explanation why - all we get is "I'm sorry." The first excuse was the work order was never fully put through, then it was Entered as an escalation...... I am DONE with the "I'm sorry" from their customer support!! The last conversation (8/29), this supervisor informed us that the department that needs to flip the switch to activate the receiver DOES NOT WORK WEEKENDS! Another promise of Monday........ They need to figure their s*** out!!
