I explained we had a tight schedule and that we needed them to arrive by 9 am and that if they couldn't do that, I would call another company. They told me they could meet the time requirement, so I booked them and paid a deposit. The day before the move I got a message saying they would arrive between 10 and noon, so I called and reiterated the promised time. I was then told they would arrive between 9 and 9:30 am. They arrived at 10:16 am.

The paperwork was to me to sign before the end of the evening. They showed up the next week and in less than three hours had cleaned out the basement, sideyard, backyard, and a corner of the garage, everything that the hoarder renters had left behind, including an old hot tub.
