Within a year we have multiple cracked windows and one where apparently an impact you can't even see on the outside popped a large chip off the inside of the window. They refuse to cover that under their warranty. The hardware is really cheap feeling and falls apart when using it. I regret even getting new windows, I wish I could have my $60,000 and old windows back.

They are very expensive and the only way to get them to match is to buy Kolbe replacements sashes. You would think that Kolbe would, at the minimum, offer a discount for these faulty sashes. The opposite is true. This year more are decaying. The price of one radius replacement sash 30" x 60" was quoted at $2,400 dollars, not including labor to install it! What disturbs me the most is that they are overcharging for the repalcement of their faulty and poorly constructed casement window. I called them last month. They promised that the regional person would get back to me. That has not happened, even after two more calls. Very disappointing, that a company would behave this way. And they promote these windows as qualit windows. Wow.

When there was a possibility of dust in the house, they put down tarps inside and the crew chief even offered to vacuum if we'd bring out the vacuum cleaner! All the landscaping was covered with tarps. They worked steadily for 12 hours and completed our roof replacement in one day! At the end of the day, all was cleaned and picked up and you would never know they had been there. We highly recommend Badger Roofing!

The roof is sound and everything appeared to be in good order. I began the search for a roofing expert to make a somewhat emergency inspection and repair. Mostly I got voice mails, the largest roofing company locally told me it would be three months for them to help me. Most others never returned my call, except Badger Roofing. I explained to Chip my situation and even though they were booked up and busy also, he made time to personally come to my home within two hours of my call. Chip went up on the roof and found the vent which was not properly sealed up from the original construction; now it had come loose to the point of allowing rain to go through in to our attic and down a light fixture. Chip had it repaired within 15 minutes of his arrival and he explained everything to me. Great job, super timely, very professional and knowledgeable. With any roofing concern in the future I now have Badger Roofing at the top of my list to call.

We also had a concern about a flying squirrel entry site. Seth inspected the whole roof, took a number of pictures, sealed up some small spots in the wood where the squirrels may have chewed through, and put in a few screws where the metal shingles may have curled up. If you are a further distance out, the company will put you on a waiting list and call you when they are slow, HOWEVER they have not been slow in the last 9 years. There are not many reviews of this company on the internet so its hard to determine if they just pick the low hanging fruit and abandon the rest.
