The roof is sound and everything appeared to be in good order. I began the search for a roofing expert to make a somewhat emergency inspection and repair. Mostly I got voice mails, the largest roofing company locally told me it would be three months for them to help me. Most others never returned my call, except Badger Roofing. I explained to Chip my situation and even though they were booked up and busy also, he made time to personally come to my home within two hours of my call. Chip went up on the roof and found the vent which was not properly sealed up from the original construction; now it had come loose to the point of allowing rain to go through in to our attic and down a light fixture. Chip had it repaired within 15 minutes of his arrival and he explained everything to me. Great job, super timely, very professional and knowledgeable. With any roofing concern in the future I now have Badger Roofing at the top of my list to call.

There were some hiccups here and there such as incompatible sub flooring, etc. the installers rolled with the punches and did a great job. It did take quite a while for the products to be delivered and to have us scheduled for install. The installation took quite a while as well with the hiccups but it was worth the wait to have it done right. If you are looking for someone to come in tomorrow and get the job done this is probably not the place for you. From the moment we walked in the door and Bob found us and really listened to what we wanted and needed, went over best product options with us, then got us set up... even coming out to the house to eye it all up and ensure we were prepping correctly for best install... to the moment Peter was installing, we felt absolutely assured that we had chosen the best and right flooring store and received the best (i.e., knowledgable, skilled, experienced, personable) level of expertise and customer service out there. Our room has been transformed... we are delighted, absolutely satisfied and HIGHLY recommend Carpet City, with its wide range of beautiful, functional flooring options, but its other best resources are absolutely its people, especially Bob... with great assists from Meghann and Tina, and of course Peter, whose professionalism, skill and artist eye made the product "come alive" with a quality install on our floor. Kudos, Carpet City!

He did a complete energy audit which was very enlightening. We also have a comprehensive written report that will go with the house. Mike was very patient and explained what he was doing and why. I'm sorry that we did not retain Inspect it Right for our initial inspection, but should we ever need to have one done in the future, Mike will be our only choice. It is clear he is working for you, the homeowner, instead of some realtor commission. 6 stars if they were available.
