Refused to call me back and all this because it is more convenient for the plumber possibly but could land my child in the hospital or the morgue. That's how serious his health issue is and the service is no longer an emergency so there's no need to come that quickly at 7am. Coming at 9am won't hurt anyone but coming early could be catastrophic for my child because I need to process his medical devices before he can use them. She hung up on me. They diagnosed the problem (heat exchanger) and they took the step to contact the manufacturer to check whether the part was still under warranty. I didn't know, as I just bought the house 6 months ago. The part was still under warranty, they ordered it and came back on Wednesday to install it. Although they easily could have just tried to sell me a new boiler, they only suggested the work that was actually needed at this point. They were efficient, professional and did a great job. I recommend them for HVAC work.
