She ordered the screen (she did not have it with her) and in 2-3 days, I checked again, and it was available, went there, and in 10-15 minutes she fixed it. it's been 7-8 days and though it's nonbrand, it's working fine. The store refused to honor any kind of warranty or refund, claiming the crack was my fault despite no evidence of a drop. They define their "premium" screens as simply having "touch functionality," which is misleading to the customer. Save your money and go to a shop that stands behind their repairs.
