My son's laptop played movies, video games and was able to do school work. The laptop never overheated we wanted to make sure to get it fixed right away. The tech that was working on my laptop said he needed help with the work after I paid the invoice on 9/10 but Gavin the owner refused to help him. He has some personal issues with customers of certain RACE and Political views. My son keeps asking me for his laptop, it really hurts me saying I don't know. The shop doesn't like us and won't do the work. It's starting to really hurt me as a loving father to see them hurt my son like this. The place is called PC Qwik Fix and it's been there almost 2 months. I called a few times and the first tech decided to do the work without the help. While doing the work something went wrong after installing the fans. I was told the laptop has no video now. But everything worked when I brought the laptop in (played movies and video games). They said it needs a mother board and they can't locate one. A PC fix place can't find computer parts. I can find computer parts online.
