On September 20th they called and left me a voicemail saying it was finally in stock after some sort of delay because originally they told me it wouldn't take that many days to arrive. The part arrived. I brought my laptop up to the mall and left it there for a few days. I had to keep calling to check on the progress of my laptop. I decided that one day I would just come up there since I didnt live that far from the store. I came to the mall and asked about the status of my laptop. He told me I could take it home but that they broke something different in the process of fixing my screen. The broke the "bezzle" so basically I cant close my la[top down all they way and have to be very careful with it while using it because the screen could fall. The placed tap on the screen to hold it up from falling apart and told me that they had ordered another bezzle and when it arrived they would call me so they could put it on. Because I use my laptop for work they told me it was fine to take my laptop home and to just becareful using it. I called the store back every couple of weeks trying to be patient. I would call every 2 weeks then i think i waited 3 weeks then another time i waited a whole month before I started to get frustrated and wanted answers. This time when I spoke with them they said they ordered it but it was taking a long time arriving, that it was hard to locate that part but it was in route and the moment it arrived they would call me back. So then a few days after Christmas I decided to go to the mall again and talk to them in person. I asked the guy at the desk where the part was for my laptop and explained the situation and he seemed nonchalant stating that they changed management and the people who use to work there no longer work there. Seemed very fishy and upsetting so I asked who the manager was and who was in charge of things and told them the last people said my part was on its way to the store. He basically told me he couldnt help me and that they changed thier number. Now when i look on google it says the store number is 240-633-9373. This is unacceptable and i deserve for my laptop to be fixed or this company owes me a brand new laptop for heir negligance on informing customers that they were getting rid of team members while parts where being ordered that customers were still waiting on. They literally told me they broke the bezzle while replacing my screen that it was on them and that they were ordering a new one. This is not right

My phone was in perfect condition (minus the crack screen) . My iPhone 11 Pro was fully functional. I arrived to my appointment and gave then my phone . They said it will take 30 mins to fix my phone. Within those 30 mins they opened my phone. I sat outside in my car for 35 minutes. When I returned they stated they could not fix my screen because my volume up button does not work. They put my cracked screen back on the phone. It started out as a simple 250 card order, but at this point it's a 1,000+ cards that are free. Even that's not worth it considering the continual careless errors and the amount of time I've wasted driving back and forth to this location. Won't bore you all with all the gory details, but suffice it to say here's a summary of the last 5 months with them. All totalled, I've been here about 9 or 10 times since this odyssey began. Each of the below errors has resulted in an additional visit. * Misspelled my name - twice * Email address wrong - twice * Title wrong - twice * Picture missing completely on back * Picture inserted but top of head cut off * Left border completely cut off Since January, I've spoken with countless people, many of whom are no longer there including the store manager who has been replaced and Jayla is no longer here either I don't think. Talk about turnover. I've heard every excuse under the sun from the design formatter being sick/doesn't work on weekends, to the cutting machine not working to every *Covid* excuse imaginable. Today I brought the cards back to Tyrone who's supposed to correct them- again. He was the one that gave me the last order that he supposedly checked first. Current store manager, "Khadijah" also told me the order was fine. True 1/3rd of the way up the box, but the last 2/3 were missing left borders - which I didn't notice until last Thursday having picked them up a month ago. I have to treat this location like I do drive-thru fast food orders. Be sure to check every item in the bag before you pull off! The good news is every (other) time they screw up I get additional free cards, but even "free 99" is not worth the added headache and hassle of incompetence. I've had a previous decent experience with business cards at another Staples location, and was therefore very surprised and disappointed at the lack of professionalism at this location. If you plan to come to this location, please pack your patience.
