My iPhone 15 Pro Max worked perfectly but did had a small crack in the screen at the top of the…read morephone. I decided to have Kwik replace the screen with an LED one for a cost of $204.59. That evening the phone begin to freeze up. It still functioned, I received calls and texts but the screen was frozen. The next day I returned to Kwik and they said that they again replaced the LED screen with another one. The problem did not go away. I would need to re-boot the phone at least 1-2 times per hour to use. Apple said that basically, Kwik ruined the phone. I had no choice to buy a new iPhone for $1100.00. Do not use this service for any repair on a phone unless you want one that is totally useless. I feel they totally ripped off a customer not only by charging $200+ for bogus repairs and then ruining a perfectly good, operable phone.

I had an unfortunate experience with this person when I needed a repair for my computer. Initially, I was supposed to pay only for the replacement part, but when he sent me an invoice for the full amount, I went ahead and paid the entire sum. I specifically pointed out that the invoice did not make clear that the repair service had not yet been performed, and he corrected it. After receiving my payment, however, the problems began. I waited more than a week for the replacement part to arrive. When I contacted him asking about the part and when the repair could be completed, I was told there were family issues and the repair was postponed. After approximately a month of waiting and still having no repair completed, I finally requested a refund. I was then told there had been a death in the family and that he could not refund me because he did not have access to a computer. He promised that I would receive my refund by the end of that week. That was the last I heard from him. I contacted him again the following week attempting to recover my money and received no response. At no point did I receive the replacement part, the repair service, or a refund. I paid in full, my computer was never repaired, and my money was never refunded. This has been an incredibly unpleasant and frustrating experience. I was patient and understanding through multiple delays and explanations, but ultimately I was left without the service I paid for and without my money. I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business with this repair service against paying anything in advance.

Josh at Rescue Cell Phone saved me!…read more I broke my iPhone so bad to the point of having to replace it, but before I took it to Apple, Josh at Rescue Cell Phone was able to recover all my data and transfer it onto my new iPhone- something Apple was not able to do. If I hadn't come to these guys, important work info and months of pictures would have been gone forever. Well worth the $25 dollars I spent. The thing that stood out to me most was how honest these guys were. It's very evident that they have the customers best interest in mind. Looked for a repair shop in the Arlington area…read more.. I found this one as it was near my eye doctor and assumed I could get my device repaired during my eye exam. Dropped off iPad for repair a little before 1pm and was told it would be completed within an hour. I was pleased with the time range, an hour was welcomed. He indicated the machine was down and could not give me a recipe it for check in, but he would he call with the ticket number. I never got the ticket number. I called at 4:15 to check on the status he indicated it was complete. I shared that I was a bit away, but I would be there within an hour. I arrived at 6:30 and it was still not repaired. He indicated he failed to call me and let me know that it wasn't ready. He then proceeded to tell me that the debit machine was not in order and I would have to pay cash and to come back in 20 minutes. He gave a me a $5 off card for the next time.
