I found out from online research that the problem lies with a chip that needed to soldered on. She keeps my TV for 6 weeks and the one time I call in to check on it she asked if I was on vacation or hard to get ahold of! She originally tells me it will be no more than $250 for a new Tcon board and then tries to charge me $250 for soldering on the chip that fixed it. She even had to find this guy as they had NO ONE in house that could do it!!! What ensued after this was a nasty bout of name calling, insulting, tv-hostage-holding act of unprofessionalism I have ever witnessed in a so-called business. She told me I was 'a real baby.' She said I had no right to know how much her outsourced soldering guy charged her. She even tried to sneak in the extra $50 after we agreed on $200 for a total out the door price.
