Amazing service and tech is very knowledgeable. Another phone repair tech quoted me $300 to fix a iPhone 13 that wouldn't turn on. When I brought it into Ryan, he took a look and said it was just the battery port that needed a good cleaning. It was done within minutes and it was free! I was ready to invest in a vacuum that would both last and do a good job in my 4K square foot home with 5 dogs. I got tired of buying vacuums that were impossible to maintain in addition to having to replace all the accessories with each model. After doing my research I decided to get a Sebo D4, and I could not be happier. The staff was knowledgeable and also price matched for me and made sure I was comfortable with my purchase. Yes I spent $1500... but this vacuum is definitely a cry once buy once item, and I'm happy I chose Evan's Vacuum to purchase it through. I hope they continue to live up to the experience I had when I bring my Sebo in for servicing :)

I went in with a question on the issue I was having with my Shark. He showed me a button that fixed it. I asked if he could help replace the roller brush and asked how much it would cost. He said "don't worry about that, let me take a look". He also found a cracked hose and fixed it. Shark vacuums are annoying to get into, even for a simple adjustment. O asked again about $ and he said not to worry about it that he enjoyed the quick fix since he doesn't get to work on Sharks much. I handed him some cash I had on hand anyway, after all, time is money.

The other day, my computer wouldn't send signal to any of its peripherals. Power was coming through, just no data. I called James at High Wire and described the problem, thinking I would have to bring the computer to him and pay a minimum charge to have him inspect the problem. Instead, he told me a number of things that could have caused the problem and walked me through a possible solution. Like magic, my computer booted with no problems and my mouse, keyboard, and monitor were all back.
